The project involves the energy modernisation of the Marek Sports Hall building. The primary objective is to significantly reduce the annual energy use and operating costs of the building, as well as greenhouse gas emissions, thereby reducing the municipal energy costs. The project is in line with the development directions set out in measure 3.2 of the TOP: energy efficiency-oriented rehabilitation of municipal-owned buildings, institutions, infrastructure, and improvement of the thermal insulation of buildings will be achieved, and the energy modernisation of municipal-owned buildings and infrastructure will be achieved. The project is also in line with the objectives of the call for proposals derived from the TOP: the development of a municipal-owned building aimed at energy efficiency and the increased use of domestic renewable energy sources will also be achieved, thus contributing to the fulfilment of the indicators set out in the call and the TOP. The institution covered by the project is located in Mohács’s administrative area at 7,700 Mohács, Szent István u 16. The external boundaries of the building do not meet the requirements of thermal engineering, lead to very high energy consumption and energy costs. The chosen measures are based on the proposals of the building energy expert involved in the energy assessment, according to which the entire building structure is to be renovated in the framework of the tender and solar panels will be installed. The function of the building is a community sports facility. The self-eligible activities to be implemented under the project will be: Point 3.1.1(d) of the call for tenders: development of a small household-sized power plant (HMKE) photovoltaic system to meet its own electricity demand (construction of a solar panel system), point 3.1.1(a) of the call for energy efficiency-oriented development of buildings owned by local governments, the modernisation of their external boundaries (open-lock replacement, external thermal insulation). The mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out in the course of the project are the following: 3.1.2.1 (a) accessibility (as the building has been physically accessible in the past, so only ICT accessibility is needed), c) publicity, d) development of training material and training (English)

A választott intézkedések az energetikai felmérésbe bevont épületenergetikai szakértő javaslatain alapulnak, miszerint a pályázat keretében teljes épületszerkezet felújítása szükséges, emellett napelemek telepítése is történik. Az épület funkciója közösségi sportlétesítmény. A projekt keretében megvalósítandó önállóan támogatható tevékenységek a következőek lesznek: Felhívás 3.1.1. d) pontja Maximum háztartási méretű kiserőmű (HMKE) fotovillamos rendszer kialakítása saját villamosenergia-igény kielégítése céljából (napelemes rendszer kialakítása), Felhívás 3.1.1. a) pontja Önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek energiahatékonyság-központú fejlesztése, külső határoló szerkezeteik korszerűsítése által (nyílászáró csere, külső hőszigetelés). A projekt során megvalósításra kerülő kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek a következőek: Felhívás 3.1.2.1 a) akadálymentesítés (mivel az épület fizikai akadálymentesítése korábban megtörtént, így kizárólag infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés megvalósítása szükséges), c) nyilvánosság biztosítása, d) képzési anyag kidolgozása, képzés tartása (Hungarian)
