A projekt szakmai tartalmának részletezése A Pécsi Tudományegyetem- Kultúratudományi Pedagógusképző és Vidékfejlesztési Kar (továbbiakban KPVK) a megye egyetlen felsőoktatási intézményeként jelentős szerepet tölt be nemcsak a fiatal generáció felsőfokú képzési szükségleteinek helyben történő betöltésében, hanem különböző képzési, továbbképzési programok által a helyi társadalom széles körben, különböző életkorú lakosok részére történő képzésében is. Az elmúlt években a helyi önkormányzattal együttműködésben elindított sikeres közösségi képzéseink (Boregyetem, Harmadik Kor Egyeteme, Család Akdémia) tapasztalataira alapozva a meglévő programok megújítása mellett új programok megvalósítását tervezzük, újabb helyi társadalmi célcsoportokat megcélozva. Jelen projektünk több (7db) programelem megvalósítása által a helyi kulturális identitást erősítő komplex programkínálatot kíván biztosítani a helyi társadalom széles vertikumában, annak helyi igényeire alapozva. A szükségleteket a korábbi programjaink tapasztalati, valamint új programelemek esetében az igényfelméréseink támasztják alá. – Részletezve a szakmai mellékletben. A projekt előkészítettsége Harmadik kor egyeteme programelem: A projekt előkészítésében rendelkezésre állnak a következő dokumentumok: • a városvezetés részéről végzett igényfelmérés a nyugdíjas korosztályt érdeklő témák tekintetében • együttműködési megállapodás az érintett felek (PTE KPVK és Szekszárd Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata) között • lakosság tájékoztatása online és offline csatornákon: programfüzet-sablon Karrier Iroda karrier szolgáltatások programelem: A PTE-KPVK képviselői, dr. Szécsi Gábor és dr. Maros Kitti, előzetes tárgyalásokat folytattak a PTE Kapcsolati és Nemzetköziesítési Igazgatóság képviselőivel, dr. Tarrósy Istvánnal és Visontai-Kovách Dalmával, amelynek eredményeként együttműködési megállapodást kötöttek az első „Karrier Iroda Pilot projekt” indítására. A megállapodásban szerepel a teljes szakmai és részleges pénzügyi támogatás. Igényfelmérés készült Szekszárd város közép- és felsőfokú diákjai körében. (szakmai melléklethez csatolva) Gyermekkultúra szabadidős programelem: A Dienes Központ Alapító Okirata elkészült és az együttműködés aláírásra került a PTE KPVK, valamint Szekszárd és Tolna megye vezetői által, amelynek nyomán elkezdődött a pedagógusok felkészítése a programokra. Magyar nyelv hete rendezvény keretében anyanyelvi játékos verseny programelem: Megtörtént a partner iskolák tájékoztatása, a versenykiírást január közepén megkapták az érintett iskolák (Garay János Ének-zenei Általános Iskola, Babits Mihály Általános Iskola, Dienes Valéria Általános Iskola, Baka István Általános Iskola, Szent József Iskolaközpont). Saját humán- és tárgyi erőforrásainkat felmértük, a verseny lebonyolításával kapcsolatos munkamegosztás megtörtént. Kikértük a program megvalósításában részt vevő kollégáink ötleteit a versenykiírás elkészítéséhez. Nyelvi programelem: A hatékony nyelvi képzés legfontosabb elemei, a felkészült nyelvtanárok, a kidolgozott tananyag, valamint a karon rendelkezésre álló oktatási infrastruktúra egyaránt biztosítottak. Az elmúlt évek tapasztalatai alapján mind a jelentkezés, mind a nyelvi szintfelmérő elsősorban online módon történik. Ezt követően kerül sor a jelentkezők nyelvtudása és időbeni kívánalmaik alapján a csoportképzésre, amit a résztvevők személyes tájékoztatása követ. PR Akadémia programelem: A karon a szükséges technikai és humán infrastruktúra rendelkezésre áll. A PR Akadémia szorosan kapcsolódik a Kar szekszárdi képzésfejlesztési terveihez, amelyek a PR mesterképzés szekszárdi alapításához és indításához kapcsolódnak, így a megyeszékhely felsőoktatási kínálatát egy Magyarországon unikális egyetemi képzéssel bővíthetik.
