The village of KörösNagyharsány is located in the northeast corner of Békés county, close to the Hungarian-Romanian border, 23 km from Oradea. As part of the project, the building of the mayor’s office, which is in bad condition, will be renewed. The investment concerns a property located in the town centre which has not been refurbished in the last 20 years. Thanks to the renovation, wall insulation on 980 m² surface, floor insulation on 640 m² surface, 12.8 m² surface window change, and the flat roof is equipped with 40 solar panels, the 10 kW capacity of which can be used to supply the building’s electricity. The planned development project will contribute to the following sub-targets of the strategic goal “Conservation of natural and built values, preservation of intangible and cultural heritage, creative sustainable development” in the county regional development programme: — improving the efficiency of energy use; — energy consumption reduction — CO2 emission reduction The project is SJFS 2. (Improving the labour market for workers), 4. (Reducing negative social processes, increasing population retention) fits into its strategic goal. The project owner undertakes to organise awareness-raising and awareness-raising actions (collection of abandoned litter, care of public spaces). (English) | |||||||||||||||

Körösnagyharsány település Békés megye északkeleti sarkában a magyar-román határ közelében helyezkedik el, Nagyváradtól 23 km-re. A projekt keretében az energetikailag rossz állapotú polgármesteri hivatal épülete kerül megújításra. A beruházás a településközpontban elhelyezkedő olyan ingatlant érint, melynek homlokzati felújítására az utóbbi 20 évben nem került sor. A felújítás révén 980 m2 felületen falszigetelés, 640 m2 felületen födémszigetelés, 12,8 m2 felületen nyílászárócsere, továbbá a lapostetőre 40 darab napelem felszerelésére kerül sor, , melynek 10 kW-os kapacitását az épület villamosenergia ellátására lehet fordítani. A tervezett fejlesztési projekt hozzájárul a megyei területfejlesztési programban "Természeti és épített értékek, a szellemi és kulturális örökség megóvása, alkotó innovatív fenntartható továbbfejlesztése” stratégiai cél alábbi részcéljainak teljesüléséhez: - energiafelhasználás hatékonyságának javítása; - energiafogyasztás csökkentése - széndioxid kibocsátás csökkenése A projekt a SJFS 2. (A munkavállalók munkaerő piaci érvényesülésének javítása), 4. (A negatív társadalmi folyamatok mérséklése, lakosságmegtartó erő növelése) stratégiai céljához illeszkedik. A projektgazda vállalja környezettudatosságot építő, szemléletformáló akciók szervezését (elhagyott szemét gyűjtése, közterület gondozása). (Hungarian)
