a) projekt célja : olyan fejlesztés valósul meg, amelynek következtében - a munkahelyteremtés - mellett a térségbe látogató turista hosszabb időt tud eltölteni, fellendítve a szálláshelyek, vendéglátó egységek forgalmát is. b)a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma: a 3.1.1 önállóan támogatható tevékenységek a) A térség kulturális adottságaira építő új vonzerők létrehozása, meglévő fejlesztése tevékenység keretében megvalósul a berettyóújfalui Zsinagóga és zsákai Rhédey Kastély felújítása: kiállító és többfunkciós helyiségek kialakításával, a turistafogadás feltételeinek megteremtésével, a látogatóbarát funkciók mellett a turistafogadáshoz szűkséges szolgáltatások létrehozásával. A 3.1.2 önállóan nem támogatható, választható tevékenységek keretében a kiállításokhoz és programokhoz kapcsolódó bemutathatóságot segítő interaktív és ki- fel próbálható korhű eszközök, valamint a rendezvényekhez kacsolódó hang és fénytechnikai berendezések, valamint a szolgáltatás biztosítását szolgáló egyéb eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre. Ezen felül térítésmentesen használható játszótér, a Zsinagóga mellett elhelyezett új építésű kiszolgáló épületben büfé és ajándék bolt, kerékpártároló kerül kialakításra. c) a felhívás 3.2 pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése: a támogatási kérelemhez csatolt üzleti terv 3.4.
