The aim of the project is to: The long-term goal of the project is to increase the quality and turnover of the market based on local products in Berettyóújfalu. By purchasing local products, we increase the sustainability of our own environment. By doing so, we help to develop the local economy, increase employment and maintain the population. The profits generated locally trigger local development. The sale of locally produced products reduces the costs, time and environmental impact associated with production, transport, packaging. In addition to economic and environmental impacts, the consumption of local products makes it easier to preserve our own health. Furthermore, customers can learn about the producer through local products and the values and tourist opportunities of the region from which the product originates. The short-term objective of the project is to build a market hall in the market area, thereby creating a modern service market infrastructure for local product sellers, which reduces the seasonality of the market, allows for sales throughout the year, and improves the current market opening hours, the turnover and conditions of the fair. Currently, there are only 2 days a week on a larger market day (Thursday, Saturday), and the traffic is low in intermediate days. Also low in the market traffic cooler, rainy weather. In 2015, a covered market with tarpaulin structure was completed, but the current investment would mainly include premises where electricity, hand washing and washing can be provided, so that refrigerated food products (cheese, meat products) could be sold under appropriate conditions. In the planned building there will be 4-6 sales units within the building, which can be rented by local producers, as well as small storage facilities, toilets and accessible toilets within the new building. In addition, a more open area, only covered from above, will be created, so sales on the market with fairer and carpentry can continue to operate under better conditions, as the market is expanded with an additional area for sale protected from summer sun or rain at the point of sale covered by roofing. In the short term, the project aims to provide a state-of-the-art service and hygiene throughout the year for local producers. Technical-technical content and technical-professional results of the project and compliance with the requirements of the project’s technical-professional content and implementation: In the centre of Berettyóújfalu — owned by the Municipality of Berettyóújfalu — a market hall with a net floor area of 428.64 m² will be implemented on a 1600/6-hrsz-free property. Currently, the following functions can be found in the market: 36 built business premises: The Market Surveillance Office operates in 1 shop, 33 business premises are operated by contractors, 2 are currently closed. Tent-covered sales points (84 tables). Covered separate points of sale (3 sides of closed undercover sales boxes) with 18 built outlets, as well as outdoor unloading areas for primary producers and a social block. Tables and sales outlets with independent coverage on the market do not provide adequate protection against weather conditions, either for those selling local products or for customers. A partial remedy to this problem was the creation of a tarpaulin structure sales space in the previous year, but the separation of different types of products (foodstuffs, including packed and fresh or fresh products requiring refrigeration), flowers and seedlings, garments, household products and maximum hygiene conditions related to the sale of food remains incomplete. The development would result in the transfer of food from outlets located in the central part of the market to the newly built hall, where the possibility of selling closed products requiring higher hygiene requirements would be solved. Primary producers would only be able to sell in the newly created area covered from above. This would make the offer on the market more transparent, structured, more comfortable, modern and in line with the requirements of the administration. Elements of the planned development: 1. Building with covered side demarcation, lockable, demarcated sales areas, water blocks. 2. It’s a covered but open building with bartender sales points. In the planned new market hall, it is expected that 6 sales/small-producers’ premises will be built (18.78 m², 25.61 m², 23.19 m², 18.34 m², 20.24 m², 15.81 m²), which can be rented by local producers. The social bloc will also be designed for 1 male 3.38 m² and a 3.51 m² female staff wash (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt célja: A projekt hosszú távú célja Berettyóújfaluban a helyi termékekre alapozott piac színvonalának, forgalmának növelése. A helyi termékek vásárlásával saját környezetünk fenntarthatóságát növeljük. Ezáltal segítjük a helyi gazdaság fejlődését, a foglalkoztatottság növelését, a népesség megtartását. A helyben megtermelt profit helyi fejlesztéseket indít el. A helyben megtermelt termékek helyben történő értékesítése csökkenti a termeléssel, illetve a szállítással, csomagolással járó költségeket, időt, környezetterhelést. A gazdasági, környezeti hatásokon túl a helyi termékek fogyasztásával saját egészségünket is könnyebben megőrizhetjük. Továbbá a vásárlók a helyi termékeken keresztül megismerhetik a termelőt, és annak a térségnek az értékeit, turisztikai lehetőségeit, ahonnan a termék származik. A projekt rövid távú célja vásárcsarnok építése a piac területén, ezáltal a helyi termékeket árusítók számára korszerű kiszolgáló piaci infrastruktúra kialakítása, mely révén csökken a piac szezonalitása, egész évben történő árusítást tesz lehetővé, javul a jelenlegi piaci nyitva tartás, a vásár forgalma és körülményei. Jelenleg csak heti 2 napon van nagyobb piacnap (csütörtök, szombat), köztes napokban a forgalom alacsony. Szintén alacsony a piac forgalma hűvösebb, esős időben. 2015-ben elkészült egy ponyvaszerkezetes fedett piaci árusító rész, azonban a jelenlegi beruházás során főként olyan helyiségek kerülnének kialakításra, ahol az áramvételi lehetőség, kézmosás, mosogatás lehetősége is biztosított, így a hűtött élelmiszer áruk (sajtok, hústermékek) árusítása is megfelelő körülmények között valósulhatna meg. A tervezett épületben 4-6 db árusító üzletrész kerül az épületen belül kialakításra, melyeket a helyi termelők bérelhetnek, továbbá kisebb tárolók illetve mosdók, akadálymentes mosdó kialakítása is megvalósulna az új épületen belül. Ezen felül egy nyitottabb, csupán felülről fedett rész is kialakításra kerül, így a vásáros- asztalos piaci árusítás is jobb körülmények között működhet tovább, hiszen a tetőszerkezettel fedett árusító helyén a nyári napsütés vagy az eső elől is védett további árusításra alkalmas területtel bővül a piac. A projekt rövid távon korszerű kiszolgáló és higiénikus, egész évben történő árusító környezetet kíván biztosítani a helyi termelők számára. A projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma és műszaki-szakmai eredményei, valamint a projekt műszaki-szakmai tartalmával és a megvalósítással kapcsolatos elvárásoknak való megfelelés: Berettyóújfalu belvárosában - a támogatást igénylő Berettyóújfalu Város Önkormányzatának tulajdonában lévő - 1600/6 hrsz-ú per- és igénymentes ingatlanon, a meglévő piac bővítéseként, egy 428,64 m2 nettó alapterületű vásárcsarnok kerül megvalósításra. Jelenleg a piac területén az alábbi funkciók találhatók meg: 36 db épített üzlethelyiség: 1 db üzlethelyiségben üzemel a Piacfelügyeleti Iroda, 33 db üzlethelyiséget vállalkozók üzemeltetnek, 2 db üzlethelyiség jelenleg zárva van. Sátorral fedett árusítóhelyek (84 db asztal). Fedett elkülönített árusító helyek (3 oldalról zárt kismélységű fedett elárusító boxok), mely 18 épített árusítóhelyet tartalmaz, valamint szabadtéri kirakodó területek az őstermelők számára és szociális blokk. A piacon lévő önálló fedéssel rendelkező asztalok és elárusító helyek sem a helyi termékeket értékesítők, sem pedig a vásárlók számára nem biztosítanak megfelelő védelmet az időjárás viszontagságaival szemben. Ezen probléma részleges orvoslását jelentette a korábbi évben megvalósított ponyvaszerkezetes árusítótér kialakítása, azonban a különböző típusú termékek (élelmiszerek -azon belül is csomagolt és vagy friss, hűtést igénylő áru), virágok és palánták, ruhaáruk, háztartási termékek elkülönítése, valamint az élelmiszerárusítással kapcsolatos maximális higiéniai körülmények biztosítása továbbra sem teljeskörűen megoldott. A fejlesztés révén a piac területének középső részén elhelyezkedő árusítóhelyekről az élelmiszerek árusítása áthelyeződne az újonnan megépülő csarnokba, ahol megoldottá válna a zárt, magasabb higiéniai követelményeket igénylő termékek árusítási lehetősége. Az őstermelők az újonnan létrehozandó csupán felülről fedett területen kapnának lehetőséget az árusításra. Ezáltal a piaci kínálat átláthatóbbá, strukturáltabbá válna, kényelmesebb, modernebb és a szakhatósági előírásoknak megfelelő körülmények kialakulását eredményezné. A tervezett fejlesztés elemei: 1. Fedett oldalhatárolással kialakított, zárható, egymástól elhatárolt elárusító területeket, vizesblokkokat tartalmazó épület. 2. Fedett, de nyitott épület, ami pultos elárusító helyeket tartalmaz. A tervezett új vásárcsarnokban várhatóan 6 db árusító/kistermelői üzlethelyiség (18,78 m2, 25,61 m2, 23,19 m2, 18,34 m2, 20,24 m2, 15,81 m2) kerül kialakításra (mely a pontos bérlői igényekhez megfelelően változhat), ezeket a helyi termelők bérelhetik. Kialakításra kerül továbbá a szociális blokk keretében 1 db 3,38 m2-es férfi és egy 3,51 m2 női személyzeti mosd (Hungarian)

The social bloc will also be designed for 1 male 3.38 m² and a 3.51 m² female staff wash (English)
