Bátonyterenye intends to develop dynamically, building on the extension of Highway No. 21, opportunities to favour and attract industrial enterprises that are currently not yet growing fast enough.     Bátonyterenye a 21-es számú főút bővítésére alapozva, dinamikusan fejleszteni kívánja azokat a lehetőségeket, amelyek a jelenleg még nem elég gyorsan növekvő ipari vállalkozásokat kedvező helyzetbe hozza, és a területre vonzza. Ennek érdekében az út mellet már üzemelő ipari park közelében új területeket kíván bevonni iparterületté, és ennek közúti, és egyéb infrastruktúrával való ellátását kívánja a pályázat útján megvalósítani. Ezek a közmű gerincek és az úthálózat egy nagy jól megközelíthető zöldmezős beruházásokat lehetővé tevő területet hoz létre. A projekt sajátossága, hogy a 21-es főút két oldalán jönnek létre a az ipari területek. A projekt által érintett területek egy részét meg kell vásárolni. Ezek közül 4-6 garázs lehet érintett 2,3 milli Ft-al, a2555 hrsz. teljes területe, mert itt az átmenő út és a keresztező szervizutak, teljesen szétdarabolják a területet 9 millió Ft, A közmű nyomvonalak területi szolgalmi jog illetve kisajátítás, 045 hrsz megvétele útnak 3 millió Ft, az érintett területek átsorolása és ezek járulékos költségei teszik ki a projektet érintő ingatlanvásárlás összegét. Így elkülönülve lesz kialakítva: • a Zagyva és vasút között térség és • Csengerháza- 21 sz.fkl. út között ipari terület. de a már üzemelő ipari parkhoz szoros kapcsolódik és a főút mindkét irányába lehetőséget nyújt iparosításra. Részletesebb műszaki tartalom a Zagyva és vasút közötti térség kialakításáról: Ellátott ingatlanok: 2557/2, 2557/5, 2557/7, 2557/8, 2556, 2555, 2553/3, 2553/1, 2551/2, 2552 hrsz. Közúti kiszolgálás: 21 sz. fkl. útról a SKODA szalon bejáratáig az ipari park szerviz útja megépült. Tervezett ipari területek közúti kiszolgálásához az alábbi útépítési munkákat kell elvégezni: - Ipari park – Kossuth út összekötőút (új vasúti átjáró és új Zagyva híd építésével- kb. 504 m út építése) - Meglévő ipari parki út és tervezett összekötőút közötti hiányzó szakasz (kb. 180 m út építése) - Tervezett összekötőútról 50-50 m hosszú szerviz utak építése a feltárni kívánt ipari területekre A tervezett útépítésekkel az ipari területek mind a 21 sz. fkl. út felől, mind a Kossuth út felől megközelíthetővé válnak. Tervezett összekötőút útburkolat szélessége 6,5 m, szerviz utak szélessége 6,0 m. Az északi területet feltáró szerviz útra egy nagyméretű átereszt kell építeni az Ivókút patakon. Közterületi parkolók nem épülnek, mivel az OTÉK szerint az ingatlanokon kell kielégíteni a keletkező parkolási igényeket. Vízellátás: A Zagyva patak melletti távvezeték a vizsgált terület közelében található, ahonnan a tervezett ipari területek vízellátása biztosítható. A távvezetékről egy NA100-150 lekötést célszerű megépíteni és megfelelő szerelvényekkel ellátni. A tervezett vízvezeték az egyes ingatlanok szociális és technológiai vízigényeit fogja kielégíteni, nagyobb oltóvíz igény esetén helyi oltóvíz tárolót kell kialakítani a leendő befektetőknek. Szennyvízelvezetés: A tervezett ipari területek közelében az alábbi helyeken található szennyvíz vezeték vagy szennyvízcsatorna: - A Zagyva patak túloldalán a patakkal párhuzamosan. - A Kossuth utcában gravitációs szennyvízcsatorna. A két meglévő szennyvízvezeték kb. egyforma távolságra található, egyik eléréséhez a vasutat, másik eléréséhez a Zagyva patakot kell keresztezni. Mindkét vezeték elérése kb. hasonló távolságot jelent, tervezett bekötési költségek is hasonló nagyságúak. Az engedélyezési és kivitelezési tervek készítésénél közműegyeztetések alapján lehet az optimális megoldást kiválasztani. Csapadékvíz elvezetés: A tervezett útra és a tervezett ipari ingatlanokra hulló csapadékvizet az összekötőút mellett elhelyezett árok gyűjti össze és vezeti be a Zagyva patakba, ahol torkolati műtárgy kerül kiépítésre.
