1. At Zemplén-Vektor Kft, 8 people worked at the moment of the submission of the application. Of the workers, 4 have tertiary education and 4 have a degree in OKJ. 1 of the employees has a qualification (office secretary) that cannot be linked to accounting. None of the employees have an ECDL exam, but during their studies they learned to use Microsoft Office. Their user skills are medium, as not all modules of the program are used in their work. In everyday work we use 3 different accounting programs. Knowledge of commonly used modules is good, but it is also true for these programmes that the knowledge of non-used or rarely used modules is not appropriate. There is no need for specialised IT expertise to fill the posts. 2. As a result of the digital revolution, the position of accountant appears to be lost. In the future, the main focus will be on consulting, not on manual filing of accounts. Some programmes are already able to scan invoices after scanning. Accordingly, employees who are able to provide the customer with adequate information in the field of accounting and tax advice will be needed. The majority of employees are open to vocational training. Many have been considering applying for training as accountant and tax advisor for years. This was also taken into account in the preparation of the proposal. 3. The connection to the application of IPAR 4.0 solutions is not relevant in the present case. 4. It’s not relevant. The activity to be developed is not linked to the Irinyi Plan or to the construction sector. 5. The ECDL data processing module (using excel) develops the activity of collecting, storing and processing information during administrative work. 6. When compiling the ECDL theme, the training institution uses the theme of the twin 1 training programme. 7. It’s not relevant. This point applies only to medium-sized enterprises and we are micro-enterprises. 8. It’s not relevant. External persons not already employed at the time of involvement will not be involved in the project. 9. Purpose, target group, expected impact, duration and timing of the planned training: Tax Consultant Training (OKJ training at the Fkt. Pursuant to Paragraph 1(2): It aims to: Deepening proficiency in domestic and international tax legislation, independent interpretation of tax laws and legal remedies, independent preparation of tax returns, provision of tax optimisation advice for the client. 1. A Zemplén-Vektor Kft-nél a pályázat beadásának pillanatában 8 fő dolgozott. A munkavállalók közül 4 fő felsőfokú végzettséggel, 4 fő pedig valamilyen OKJ-s végzettséggel rendelkezik. A munkavállalók közül 1 fő rendelkezik olyan képesítéssel (irodai titkár), amely nem köthető a könyveléshez. A munkavállalók közül senki sem rendelkezik ECDL vizsgával, de tanulmányaik során a Microsoft Office használatát megtanulták. A felhasználói ismereteik közepesnek mondhatóak, mivel nem minden modulját használják a programnak a munkájuk során. A mindennapi munka során 3 különböző könyvelőprogramot is használunk. 2. A digitális forradalomnak köszönhetően a könyvelői munkakör megszűnni látszik. A dolgozók többsége nyitott a szakirányú továbbképzésre. Többen évek óta fontolgatják a mérlegképes könyvelői, adótanácsadó képzésre való jelentkezést. A pályázat készítésekor ezt is figyelembe vettük. 3. 9. Tervezett képzés célja, célcsoportja, várható hatása, tartama, időbeli ütemezése: Adótanácsadó képzés (OKJ képzés a Fkt. 1§ 2. pontja alapján): Célja: A hazai és nemzetközi adójogszabályokban való jártasság elmélyítése, adójogi normák és jogorvoslati lehetőségek önálló értelmezése, adóbevallások önálló készítése, adóoptimalizálási tanácsadás biztosítása az ügyfele részére. Célcsoport: mérlegképes könyvelői végzettséggel és több éves tapasztalattal rendelkező munkavállalók Várható hatás: magasabb minőségű tanácsadás az ügyfelek részére, az elvárt adóterhek pontos bevallása. Ennek köszönhetően a versenyképességünk javulhat, a képzést elvégzőknek hosszú távon is munkalehetőséget tudunk majd biztosítani. Résztvevők száma: 2 fő. A képzés időtartama 280 óra (196 óra elmélet, 84 óra gyakorlat) A képzés ütemezésénél figyelembe vettük a dolgozói igényeket és a könyveléssel kapcsolatos havi határidőket. Mérlegképes könyvelői képzés (OKJ képzés a Fkt. 1§ 2. pontja alapján): Célja: Számviteli beszámoló önálló összeállítására való felkészítés Célcsoport: Pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintéző, Bérügyintéző, közgazdász végzettséggel rendelkező munkavállalóink. Várható hatás: A végzettség birtokában önállóan képesek lesznek cégek teljes körű könyvelésére. A versenyképességünk is jobb lenne, mivel több cég könyvelését tudnánk elvállalni. A végzettség megszerzése esetén hosszú távon is tudnánk munkalehetőséget biztosítani a munkavállalók részére. A résztvevők száma: 4 fő A képzés időtartama: 320 óra (192 óra elmélet, 128 óra gyakorlat) A képzés ütemezésénél figyelembe vettük a dolgozói igényeket és a könyveléssel kapcsolatos havi határidőket. 10. Nem releváns. (Hungarian)
