Together with the training institutions, we have identified the bottlenecks for employees who are justified to further develop their professional knowledge and serve the long-term interests of both our employees and our company, and the developments on the market justify professional development in their case. We also carried out a needs assessment among our employees based on the supported training areas before the number and identity of the participants were finalised. The aim of our company is to further strengthen our position in the market by increasing the knowledge of our existing human resources. The training plan for the aid application was drawn up on the basis of the needs of the target group, which was carried out in advance and as a result of the staff needs assessment. The trainings planned in this project are described in the budget of the grant application and in the training plan function. The training plan shall include the trainings, the number of hours corresponding to the relevant training courses, the participants, and the organisation and licence number of the training organisation. The trainings included in the training plan are carried out on behalf of an external organisation. In the present project, there is no other cooperative organisation in addition to the training organisations. At the end of the training, participants take an exam, receive a certificate and receive an individual assessment. The course managers shall keep an attendance list for the participants. In order to carry out the successful implementation of the project, a project manager has been appointed. Have relevant professional experience and tertiary education. A Medifood Kft-t magyar magánszemélyek alapították klinikai tápszerek fejlesztése,termelése, értékesítése céljából. Cégünk folyamatosan fejlődik, árbevételünk 2017-ban meghaladta a 480 millió forintot. A foglalkoztatottak száma jelenleg (2018 június 1) 16 fő, amelyből 1 fő hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló. Fő tevékenységünk a projekt keretében megjelölt fejlesztendő tevékenységünk: 1089 M.n.s. egyéb élelmiszer gyártása, mely tevékenység Irinyi-tervben megtalálható. A támogatási kérelem keretében 6 dolgozónk (6fő nő) továbbképzésére igénylünk támogatást. Az Ipar 4.0 megoldások alkalmazáshoz való kapcsolódás, a projekt keretében megvalósító IKT - használatához kapcsolódó, vállalati digitalizációt támogató képzéseket a Tartalmi értékelési szempontok c. szöveges részben került kifejtésre. Irinyi tervben meghatározott tevékenységhez való kapcsolódás nem releváns. A képzésben résztvevők közül a felhívás 3.4.1.1 a) 7. pontjában meghatározott hátrányos helyzetű saját munkavállalók száma: 1 fő (16,6%), melyből 1 fő„a gyermekgondozást segítő ellátásról, a gyermekgondozási díjról, a gyermeknevelési támogatásról, ápolási díjról visszatérők” csoportba tartozik. Munkahelyi képzésben részt vevők száma: 6 fő.A hátrányos helyzetű munkavállalók esetében bevezettük a folyamatos feed back rendszert, ezzel garantáljuk a képzésben tartásukat. A képzés elvégzését követően összesen 6 fő fog tanúsítványt/bizonyítványt szerezni vagyis a részvevők aránya: 100 %-a. Az alábbi képzések valósulnak meg a projekt keretében: Értékesítési módszertan, Vezetői módszertan, Irodai programok 1. (Haladó szövegszerkesztés, Prezentáció alapjai), Hatékony kommunikáció, Irodai programok 2. (Haladó táblázatkezelés, Excel makró).A képzések részletes leírása a támogatási kérelem „költségek” adatlapjának részletezés mezőjében bemutatásra kerül. Jelen pályázati projekt közvetlen célcsoportját a képzésben résztvevő 6 fő munkavállalónk jelenti. Jelen pályázati projektben a képzéseket bonyolító szervezeteken felül nincsen további együttműködő szervezet. A képzés végén a résztvevők vizsgát tesznek, tanúsítványt kapnak és egyéni értékelésben részesülnek. A tanfolyamok vezetői jelenléti ívet vezetnek a résztvevők nyilvántartására. A projekt sikeres megvalósításának lebonyolítása érdekében projektmenedzser került kijelölésre. Releváns szakmai tapasztalattal és felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezik. A Felhívás 3.4.1.1 g) 1. pontjában leírt feltételeknek teljes mértékben megfelelnek. (Hungarian)
