The main activity of our company is TEÁOR 4329 Other building engineering installation, basically chemical and technical cleaning of air engineering systems. Our current staff of 3 people performs the above chemical-technical cleaning and renovation tasks. Due to the increasing workload, there is already a need to increase staff, which is why we would like to hire trainees as well. An increase in staff and assets is necessary to ensure a high-quality service in the future. Trainees have not yet been employed in previous years. We didn't have an apprenticeship. The recruitment of the trainee is justified by increased requests for cleaning work and the limited staff currently available. 2 trainees will be recruited during the project. The job responsibilities of trainees will be chemical-technical cleaning and refurbishment. The intended trainees will be qualified as OKJ 35 582 03 Refrigerator, air conditioning and heat pump equipment mechanic, and OKJ 32 861 01 Personal and security guard. HUF 38 718 000 in 2015, HUF 50 001 000 in 2016 and HUF 52 757 000 in 2017. We expect an increase in traffic this year and next year, and 2 trainees need to be recruited in order to increase capacity. The company contact will be István Mikula. Since 07.10.2004, he has had an employment contract with Sam Airco Bt. Mechanical mechanic, mechanical locksmith, chemical-technical cleaning of air systems. Based on his/her qualifications and work experience, he/she is able to improve the professional skills of trainees, coordinate their work and evaluate their performance. The programme will enable the two trainees to be recruited to gain a significant traineeship in this area of service. Costs necessary for the implementation of the project: Staff expenses of 2 trainees, 1 mentor’s staff, administrative costs, compulsory information costs and acquisition of equipment for trainees. The gross salary is HUF 250 000/month for trainees. The contribution of 21 % is HUF 52 500/month. Thus, the gross salary and contribution costs and staff payments for the trainee will be HUF 5 445 000 for 9 months. For the trainee contact, HUF 80 000/month will be accounted for for the 15 months planned during the project, thus amounting to HUF 1.2 million in total. 1 Kärcher HD 9/50-4 Cage high pressure washer will be purchased for 2 trainees. The task of the trainees will be to clean the air systems with the new machine, providing them with the latest technology. With a pressure of 500 bar, the device also removes the most stubborn impurities. With this high-pressure washing machine, the physical equipment is designed to create a background for 2 people internship. The new equipment provides a high-quality service and the professional knowledge of trainees is enhanced by the application of the latest technology in everyday practice. The washing machine helps them to work accurately and to clean air quality. The location of the project is our headquarters at 3360 Heves, Hevesi József utca 1., the high-pressure washing plant can be stored in our back workshop on site, but the actual work is carried out at each construction site due to the nature of the work. A SAM AIRCO Épületgépészeti Bt. 2004-ben alakult, a társaság 90 %-os tulajdonosa Mikula István, 10 %-os tulajdonosa Mikula András Lajos. Cégünk fő tevékenysége a Teáor 4329 Egyéb épületgépészeti szerelés, alapvetően légtechnikai rendszerek vegyi-műszaki tisztításával foglalkozunk. Szolgáltatásaink: légcsatornák, fan coilok, klímaszekrények, légkezelők, hűtőtornyok, hőcserélők, fűtési rendszerek teljes körű felújítása, tisztítása, fertőtlenítése. Az általunk nyújtott szolgáltatás kiemelkedően nagy szerepet tölt be biztonságtechnikai, tűzvédelmi és egészségvédelmi szempontból, és nem utolsó sorban hozzájárul az energiafelhasználás csökkentéséhez. Szakmai tapasztalatunk a megalapítás t megelőző 10 évre nyúlik vissza, több évtizede bevált holland technológián alapulva. Vevőink között irodák, irodaházak, bevásárló központok, éttermek, szállodák, hotelek, gyárak, üzemek, intézmények, kórházak szerepelnek, az általunk nyújtott szolgáltatás nélkülözhetetlen ma minden klimatizációs folyamatnál. A jelenlegi 3 fős állományi létszámunk a fenti vegyi-műszaki tisztítási, felújítási feladatokat látja el. A növekvő munkamennyiség miatt már létszámbővítés szükséges, ezért szeretnénk gyakornokokat is foglalkoztatni. A létszám- és eszközállomány-bővítés szükségszerű a jövőbeni magas színvonalú szolgáltatás biztosításához. Gyakornokok foglalkoztatására a korábbi években még nem került sor. Tanulószerződéssel nem rendelkeztünk. A gyakornok felvételét a tisztítási munkákra vonatkozó megnövekedett megkeresések és az ehhez jelenleg rendelkezésre álló kevés munkaerő indokolja. A projekt során 2 fő gyakornok kerül felvételre. A gyakornokok munkaköri feladata vegyi-műszaki tisztítás és felújítás lesz. A tervezett gyakornokok szakképesítése OKJ 35 582 03 Hűtő-, klíma- és hőszivattyú berendezés- szerelő, ill. OKJ 32 861 01 Személy- és vagyonőr lesz. 2015-ben 38 718 000 Ft, 2016-ban 50 001 000 Ft, 2017-ben 52 757 000 Ft árbevételt realizáltunk. Az idei és a jövő évben is növekedésre számítunk a forgalom terén, a kapacitásnövelés céljából van szükség a 2 fő gyakornok felvételére is. A vállalati kapcsolattartó Mikula István lesz. 2004.10.07. óta munkaszerződéses munkaviszonnyal rendelkezik a Sam Airco Bt-nél. Gépszerelő, géplakatos szakképzettséggel rendelkezik, légtechnikai rendszerek vegyi-műszaki tisztítási munkáit lát el. Képzettsége és munkatapasztalata alapján alkalmas a gyakornokok szakmai ismereteinek bővítésére, munkavégzésük koordinálására, teljesítményük értékelésére. A programnak köszönhetően ezen a szolgáltatási területen jelentős szakmai gyakorlatot szerezhet a felvételre kerülő két gyakornok. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges költségek: 2 fő gyakornok személyi jellegű ráfordításai, 1 fő mentor személyi jellegű ráfordítása, adminisztrációs tevékenység költsége, kötelezően előírt tájékoztatás költsége és gyakornokhoz kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzés. A bruttó munkabér 250 000 Ft/hó a gyakornokok esetén. Ennek járuléka 21 %-kal számolva 52 500 Ft/hó. Így a gyakornokra jutó bruttó bér- és járulékköltség és személyi jellegű kifizetés 9 hónapra vonatkozóan 5 445 000 Ft lesz. A gyakornoki kapcsolattartóra vonatkozóan 80 000 Ft/hó kerül elszámolásra a projekt során tervezett 15 hónapon keresztül, így összesen 1,2 MFt értékben. A 2 gyakornokhoz kapcsolódóan beszerzésre kerül 1 db Kärcher HD 9/50-4 Cage magasnyomású mosóberendezés. A gyakornokok feladata lesz az új géppel a légtechnikai rendszerek tisztítása, ezzel az eszközzel a legkorszerűbb technológiát biztosítjuk számukra. 500 bar-os nyomással a készülék a legmakacsabb szennyeződéseket is eltávolítja. Ezzel a magasnyomású mosóberendezéssel a tárgyi eszköz háttér kialakításra kerül a 2 fő gyakornoki munkavégzéséhez. Az új berendezéssel magas színvonalú szolgáltatásnyújtás valósítható meg, és a gyakornokok szakmai ismereteit is bővíti a legújabb technológia alkalmazása a mindennapi gyakorlatban. A mosóberendezés elősegíti számukra a pontos munkavégzést és a minőségi légtechnikai tisztítást. A projekt helyszíne a 3360 Heves, Hevesi József utca 1. cím alatt található székhelyünk, a helyszínen található hátsó műhelyünkben tárolható a magasnyomású mosóberendezés, de a tényleges munkavégzés az egyes kivitelezési helyszíneken folyik a munka jellegéből kifolyólag.
