The main activity and profile of our company is 4730‘08 retailing of automotive fuel and 4520’08 Automobile repair and maintenance. Oranges Oil Company’s first fully self-service petrol station was built in 2014 in the parking lot of the Park Center in Mosonmagyaróvár and today the brand has reached the construction of a dynamic gas station network throughout the country. In addition to the gas stations, we also appeared on the market for automatic car wash, which allows us to exploit a new market niche. In the market, we still have a small number of automatic washing machines, so we strive to cover the market of automatic car washers — mostly in the Western Transdanubia region — with the opening of several new washing machines every year. Our medium-term goal is to be present in all settlements with a population of more than 10,000 people with modern services. The primary goal of the self-service gas station and car wash is to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with lower personnel costs but fully transparent and transparent management. Our goal is to supply our customers with high-quality fuel and cleaning materials. Automatic petrol stations and car washers assume automatic operation on their behalf, so the system operates with a large number of organisations, one unit creates an average of 3 new jobs. The three colleagues only deal with day-to-day operation, day-to-day operational tasks, customer management and complaint handling during their work. In terms of car wash, calculated with current prices, the annual turnover of a location due to this activity is HUF 18000.000, beside which we calculate an after-tax result of almost 462.000 HUF, which can be considered profitable in terms of annual operation, assuming a minimum number of customers. In the case of a refuelling station, the annual turnover is between HUF 150-400 million for one location, which is influenced by a number of factors (e.g. the size of the potential customer base, market position, price competition generated by competition, location accessibility and frequency). In order to properly define the above parameters, our group has put great emphasis on mapping the domestic market in recent years. Based on the collected knowledge, experience and lessons learned, we provide advice and favourable conditions and offers for the installation and operation of our automatic systems to our prospective partners in addition to new proprietary operations. We have started this consulting activity as a new sector for our company, interested parties can find out about our services at www.automatarendszerek.hu. A new office space will be created on a rented property at our site indicated in the project. The initial investment includes the establishment of the office, its furniture, its proper equipment and the necessary infrastructure. The new employees to be recruited would work in this new head office, quickly and easily accessible from the nearby gas stations and car washers. With regard to organizational development and hr strategic goals, our company’s objective is to continuously prepare employees for changes according to the market needs, and to further improve the problem-solving and renewal processes of the company by strengthening organizational cooperation. This can be achieved by, inter alia, coordinating organisational structure and culture, promoting organisational identification and developing individual capabilities. Our goal is to achieve our organisational development strategy by developing the right organisational solutions. Our company currently has 1 staff, so it is essential to ensure a sufficient number of human resources with a professional composition for the performance of our main activity described above. Within the framework of this application, we intend to fill the staff with a consultant with 3 operational experience in the field of employees, 1 regional representative, 1 regional manager and 1 head of office. All our new employees will have an 8-hour contract. Through the initial investment, our regional office will be responsible for finding our potential future partners, contribute and assist in the installation of projects, oversee the construction of the partners, then carry out the training and advise on the start of the service. In doing so, we fully contribute to the smooth operation of future gas stations and car washers. In addition to the above, we plan to buy company cars, which will be available to employees for travel. Cégünk fő tevékenysége és profilja 4730'08 Gépjárműüzemanyag-kiskereskedelem és 4520'08 Gépjárműjavítás, -karbantartás. Az Oranges Oil Company magyar tulajdonban lévő márka első, teljesen önkiszolgáló elven működő benzinkútja 2014-ben mosonmagyaróvári Park Center bevásárlóközpont parkolójában épült fel és mára a brand eljutott egy országszerte dinamikusan fejlődő benzinkúthálózat kiépítéséig. A benzinkutak mellett megjelentünk az automata autómosók piacán is, mely újabb piaci rés kihasználását teszi lehetővé. A piacon hozzánk hasonló automata mosók még kis számban vannak jelen, így törekszünk arra, hogy évente több új mosó megnyitásával lefedjük az automata autómosók piacát – leginkább a Nyugat-Dunántúl régióban. Középtávú célunk jelen lenni minden 10.000 fő feletti lakosságú településen modern szolgáltatásainkkal. Az önkiszolgáló benzinkút és autómosó elsődleges célja, hogy kisebb személyi költséggel, de teljesen transzparens, átlátható gazdálkodással működjenek a nap 24 órájában, a hét minden napján. Célunk, hogy kizárólag kiemelkedő minőségű üzemanyaggal és tisztító anyagokkal lássuk el vásárlóinkat. Az automata benzinkutak és autómosók bár nevükben automata működést feltételeznek, így is komoly szervezeti létszámmal működik a rendszer, egy egység átlagosan 3 új munkahelyet teremt. A három kolléga kizárólag a napi működtetéssel, napi operatív feladatok ellátásával, ügyfélkezeléssel, panaszkezeléssel foglalkozik a munkája során. Az autómosót tekintve jelenlegi árakkal kalkulálva egy helyszín éves árbevétele ebből a tevékenységből adódóan 18.000.000,- Ft, mely mellé közel 462.000 Ft-os adózás utáni eredménnyel kalkulálunk, ami éves működés tekintetében rentábilisnak tekinthető, egy minimális vásárlószámot feltételezve. Az üzemanyag-töltőállomás esetében az éves árbevétel egy helyszín esetén 150-400 millió forint közé tehető, melyet számos tényező befolyásol (pl. potenciális ügyfélkör nagysága, piaci pozíció, konkurencia által generált árverseny, helyszín megközelíthetősége és frekventáltsága). A fenti paraméterek megfelelő meghatározása érdekében cégcsoportunk az utóbbi években nagy hangsúlyt fektetett a hazai piac feltérképezésére. A begyűjtött ismeretanyag, megszerzett tapasztalatok és leszűrt tanulságok alapján új saját tulajdonú üzemeltetéseken felül leendő partnereink számára is biztosítunk tanácsadást és kedvező feltételeket, ajánlatokat automata rendszereink telepítésére és üzemeltetésére. Cégünk számára új ágazatként indítottuk el ezt a tanácsadói tevékenységet, az érdeklődők a www.automatarendszerek.hu oldalon tájékozódhatnak szolgáltatásainkról. A projektben megjelölt telephelyünkön egy új irodahelyiség kialakítása fog megtörténni egy bérelt ingatlanon. Az induló beruházás részét képezi az iroda kialakítása, bebútorozása, megfelelő felszerelése és a szükséges infrastruktúra kialakítása. A felvételre kerülő új munkavállalók ebben az új központi irodában végeznék munkájukat, gyorsan és könnyen elérhető távolságban a leendő környező benzinkutaktól, autómosóktól. A szervezetfejlesztési, hr stratégiai célokat illetően vállalkozásunk célkitűzése, hogy a piaci igényeknek megfelelően az alkalmazottakat is folyamatosan felkészítse a változásokra, illetve a szervezeti együttműködést megerősítve tovább tökéletesítse a cég probléma-megoldási és megújulási folyamatait. Ez többek közt a szervezeti struktúra és kultúra összehangolásával, a szervezeti azonosulás elősegítésével és az egyéni képességek fejlesztésével érhető el. Célunk, hogy a megfelelő szervezeti megoldások kialakítása által a szervezetfejlesztési stratégiánk megvalósuljon. Vállalkozásunk jelenleg 1 fő foglalkoztatotti létszámmal rendelkezik, így a fentiekben bemutatott fő tevékenységünk ellátásához elengedhetetlen biztosítani a megfelelő számú és szakmai összetételű humánerőforrást. Jelen pályázat keretében plusz 6 fő foglalkoztatása tervezett, azaz az alkalmazottak terén 3 fő üzemeltetési tapasztalattal rendelkező tanácsadóval, 1 fő területi képviselővel, 1 fő regionális vezetővel és 1 fő irodavezetővel kívánjuk feltölteni a létszámot. Minden új munkavállalónk 8 órás munkaszerződéssel fog rendelkezni. Az induló beruházás által a térségi irodánk fog felelni tehát a potenciális jövőbeni partnereink felkutatásáért, közreműködnek és segítséget nyújtanak a projektek telepítésében, felügyelik a partnerek építéseit, majd elvégzik a betanítást, tanácsadást nyújtanak a szolgáltatás beindításához. Ezáltal teljes mértékben hozzájárulunk a leendő benzinkutak és autómosók gördülékeny üzemeltetéséhez. A fentiek mellett céges autók vásárlását is tervezzük, melyek a munkavállalók rendelkezésére állnak majd az utazásokhoz. Továbbá a leggyakoribb kopóalkatrészek számára egy raktárhelyiség funkciót is szeretnénk kialakítani, mely révén a várhatóan felmerülő kisebb problémákat kezelését tanácsadóink saját hatáskörben tudják majd segíteni, ezzel biztosítva a gördülékeny és folyamatos szolgáltatásnyújtást.
