MŰÉP Építőtechniki Kft. was founded in 1990 as the successor of the MŰÉP Construction Group established in 1986 as a Hungarian-owned private enterprise. As an independent architect and engineering office, we are at the service of our clients with complex architectural, support structure and general design, design management, construction management, investment execution, technical inspection and expertise. We are present in almost all areas of construction. Our references include new and rebuilt office buildings, commercial and service facilities, industrial buildings, public buildings, renovation and reconstruction of historic buildings, condominiums, refuelling stations, telecommunications stations and telephone centres. Our team of engineers is about 20 people working in cooperation with a wide range of professional partners. The basic principle of our company is thorough technical preparation: professional, flexible and high-quality service of our clients through careful planning and construction management based on this; provision of complex engineering services. The correctness of this approach is confirmed by a series of successful closed projects. Our main features are: Company certified according to ISO 9001:2008, We have valid professional liability insurance (5 years of post cover), our company is a member of the Association of Hungarian Consulting Engineers and Architects. Our activities: Architectural design, Maintenance design, Building engineering design, Building electrical engineering, Designer management, Technical inspection, Investment management, Construction management, Construction expertise and consultancy, Building energy, CAD services. The company’s premises (1095 Budapest, Tinódi u. 6. 2. Em. 3.) works. The branch of Berentei (3704 Berente, Industrial Road 2) was registered in 2015 for a tender. We usually carry out the design activities at the site, while in the case of larger projects, our engineers posted to the construction site also perform the design tasks, the tasks of design management, technical inspection, construction expertise and consulting. We have a valid professional indemnity insurance (with 5 years of post-coverage). Owners of the undertaking: 1. Ferenc Zepkó (Civil Engineer, Managing Director, Architect and Support Structure Designer, Head of Building Physics, Design Controller, High and Civil Engineering Technical Inspector, Support Structure, Building Structure, Construction Technology and Building Physics Expert; construction Justice Expert, MÉK 01-2807; MMK 01-1878); 2. Dr. László Szabó (Building Structure Designer and Holder Expert, Building Physics Expert, Building Structure Expert, Building Physical Designer and Design Controller, Architect Designer, Building Energy Certification and Building Energy Expert, Construction Engineer Technical Inspector, Civil Engineering Engineer Technical Inspector, Building Physical Engineering Manager, Technical Manager in charge of Building Construction, Scientific Qualification: PhD) Due to our basic activity, we employ almost 100 % tertiary education. From 16 in 2002, we currently keep the number of people around 18-20 in line with our market expectations, including the financial and administrative function. The further extension is planned to replace the subcontractor side. 83 % of the number is tertiary, but half of the secondary level comes from the help/administrative side. In addition, we have one employee with a major Phd qualification. Today’s business position is stable and we have a strong presence in our market. As a result, our short-/mid-term objectives/tasks stemming from our HR strategy are more sustainable than restructuring. The distribution by professional composition (constructor, architect) and practical experience is in line with our strategy, so our main challenge — the same as today’s Hungarian labour market — is quantitative. Specifically, the next phase of the Polyol project requires mainly engineers experienced in steel construction and assembly, but as I mentioned above, the main development direction is specific capacity expansion. The justification of the project is primarily the lack of staff at the company. The most noticeable side of this is that our company cannot accept as many orders as they would have expected according to their business plans. Therefore, due to the further development of the company, we would expand our team with qualified colleagues, with the help of whom we can further increase our reputation and the number of professional recognitions. Within the framework of the project, we would like to recruit 7 employees in the following breakdown: 5 workplace engineers (with at least secondary education) and 2 design engineers (with at least secondary education). All employees would be employed in 8 hours, with a gross wage of HUF 350,000. The new employees would primarily support the work of the North Hungary region and ensure the operation of our business in that region. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Ennek a felfogásnak a helyességét eredményesen zárt projektek sora igazolja. Főbb ismérveink: ISO 9001:2008 szerint tanúsított vállalkozás, Érvényes szakmai felelősségbiztosítással rendelkezünk (5 év utófedezettel), Cégünk tagja a Magyar Tanácsadó Mérnökök és Építészek Szövetségének. Tevékenységeink: Építészeti tervezés, Tartószerkezeti tervezés, Épületgépészeti tervezés, Épületelektromossági tervezés, Tervezői művezetés, Műszaki ellenőrzés, Beruházás lebonyolítás, Építésmenedzsment, Építőipari szakértés és szaktanácsadás, Épületenergetika, CAD szolgáltatások. A cég a telephelyén (1095 Budapest, Tinódi u. 6. 2. em. 3.) működik. A Berentei (3704 Berente, Ipari út 2.) fióktelepet 2015-ben egy pályázat kapcsán jegyeztük be. A tervezői tevékenységet a telephelyen végezzük általában, míg nagyobb projektek esetén az építési helyszínre kihelyezett mérnökeink látják el a tervezési feladatokon túl a tervezői művezetés, műszaki ellenőrzés, építőipari szakértés, tanácsadás feladatköreit is. Érvényes szakmai felelősségbiztosítással rendelkezünk (5 év utófedezettel). A vállalkozás tulajdonosai: 1. A szakmai összetétel (építő-, építészmérnök), és gyakorlati tapasztalat szerinti megoszlás a stratégiánknak megfelelő, ezért elsősorban a fő kihívásunk -azonos a mai magyar munkaerőpiacéval - mennyiségi. A projekt indokoltsága elsősorban a vállalkozásnál fellépő létszámhiány. (Hungarian)
