The family hotel is located only 200 metres from the Granite spa, in a green area. The hotel has been renewed in recent years with 44 comfortable rooms. The main services available at the hotel are: wellness section, massage variations, sports facilities, playground. Art Karos aims to help trainees in vocational education and training, so it continuously accepts apprentices in addition to those working in employment, and has in many cases continued to employ talented young people. In order to maintain the job, the applicant seeks to find opportunities for applications (salary support, etc.) and seeks to reduce the employer’s contribution costs by using the benefits of the Job Protection Action Plan. Az Art Karos Kft. foglalkoztatotti létszáma az évek során folyamatosan növekedett. 2015-ben 22 fő, 2016-ban 23 fő, 2017-ben pedig 25 fő volt a statisztikai állományi létszáma. A szállodának jelenleg 25 alkalmazottja van. Az Art Karos Kft az elmúlt 3 tanévben 11 tanulószerződéses tanulót foglalkoztatott, gyakorlati képzésüket szakirányú szakképesítéssel rendelkező dolgozó segítette. A cég 2014-ben sikeresen pályázott a TÁMOP-2.3.4.A-13/1 konstrukcióra. A projekt keretében egy szakács gyakornok foglalkoztatására került sor, akinek munkáját egy szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkező mentor segítette. 2017-ben a vállalkozás GINOP-5.2.4-16-2016-00437 kódszámú projektje is támogatásban részesült, melynek keretében már 2 fő pályakezdő foglalkoztatása és mentorálása valósult meg sikerrel. Az Art Hotel exkluzív szálláshely. Kezdetben még üdülőként működött a szálloda. Tóth Zoltán 1997-ben vette át a céget az akkori üzemeltetőtől, először egyéni vállalkozóként, majd egyéni cégként, 2007-től pedig kft-ként működik. A székhelyben változás nem történt. A cég ügyvezetője Tóth Zoltán. A cég nyereséges, árbevételére a növekedés jellemző. A cég árbevétele 2015-ben 154.968.000 Ft, majd 2016-ban 162.297.000 Ft, 2017-ben pedig 183.314.000 Ft volt, mely elsősorban szállodai szolgáltatásból származik. A családias hotel a Gránit gyógy- és élményfürdőtől mindössze 200 méterre, zöldövezetben található. Az elmúlt években megújult szálloda 44 kényelmes szobával fogadja vendégeit. A szállodában elérhető főbb szolgáltatások: wellness részleg, masszázsvariációk, sportolási lehetőségek, játszótér. Az Art Karos célja a szakképzésben tanulók elhelyezkedésének elősegítése, így folyamatosan fogad tanulószerződéses gyakornokokat a munkaviszonyban dolgozók mellett, s közülük több esetben is továbbfoglalkoztatta a tehetséges fiatalokat. A pályázó a munkahelymegtartás érdekében keresi a pályázati lehetőségeket (bértámogatás stb.), valamint törekszik a munkáltatói járulékköltségek csökkentésére a Munkahelyvédelmi Akcióterv kedvezményeinek igénybevételével. A vállalkozás folyamatosan fejleszti a szállodát, annak érdekében, hogy a vendégelvárásoknak megfelelően működjön és minél nagyobb bevételt érjen, ezáltal a munkahelyek megőrizhetőek legyenek. A projektgazda intézkedéseket tesz annak érdekében is, hogy a munkavállalóit hosszútávon megtartsa, így a magánélet és a munka könnyebb összehangolása, valamint a továbbképzési lehetőségek kihasználása érdekében rugalmas munkaidőt biztosít, a továbbképzéseket támogatja, a megfelelő munkakörülményeket biztosítja (felszerelt öltöző, kényelmes munkaruha), valamint utazási költségtérítést, étkezést is nyújt. A dolgozók elkötelezettségét csapatépítő programok szervezésével is növeli a pályázó. A szálloda alkalmazotti köre a helyi humánerőforrás kapacitásra támaszkodik, a munkavállalók Zalakarosról, Nagykanizsáról és 20 km-es vonzáskörzetéből járnak be dolgozni.
