Jak-Fa Bt won his current profile in 2003. Since then, the material uses are constantly evolving according to the current trend, taking into account the needs of the customers. The project involves the recruitment of two young carpenters (OKJ 34 543 02) graduates, the acquisition of equipment for the creation of traineeships, the purchase of 1 straightening planer and one thickening planer to carry out the appropriate workflows. As trainees, the young people to be recruited acquire real work experience and work with them, who, thanks to their professional experience, contribute to the development of the trainee’s career and the ability to work independently, thereby improving his/her chances on the labour market in the longer term. The acquisition of experience relates to the general profession of furniture joiner and to carry out other tasks in the wood industry. The contact person for internships performs the tasks of internship documentation (reporting, progress log) and performance assessor, in liaison with the designated vocational training centre implementing the project. The contact person is a professional with decades of history with a qualification as a furniture table and a building tabler and a master’s exam, who is responsible for the transfer of practical experience to young employees. During the implementation of the project, the administrative tasks related to the employment of the trainee(s) and the mandatory information and publicity tasks will also be carried out. Machinery to be procured: Thickening planer: The thickness planer type A3-41D is suitable for small and medium-sized plants. The excellent planing result is provided by a self-adjusting Hammer 3-knife automatic planer shaft. Knives can be replaced quickly and without adjustment work. The knives are made in sharpened finish. The worktable is raised using a hand wheel(160 mm). The height adjustment of the table is indicated by a digital clock with an accuracy of 2 mm. Jak-Fa Bt jelenlegi profilját 2003-ban nyerte el. Azóta folyamatosan a mai trendnek megfelelően alakul az anyagfelhasználások, a megrendelők igényeinek figyelembe vételével. Az eszköz állomány folyamatosan fejlődik, az új technológiáknak megfelelően, a minőségre és a biztonságra törekedve. A vállalkozás 2013 óta gyakorlati képzőhelyként is működik, azóta összesen 22 tanuló végzett sikeresen. A vállalkozás számára fontos a határidők betartása a pontosságra törekvés, ami elvárás minden munkavállaló számára, akik egyenrangú partneri kapcsolatban állnak a vállalkozás vezetőivel. Fontos, hogy a munkavállalók magukénak érezzék a vállalkozást. A bővülő megrendelői igények teljesítése érdekében szükséges a szakmailag felkészült csapat fejlesztése és létszámának növelése, ennek érdekében a 2 fő statisztikai létszám 2 gyakornokkal fog bővülni, akik megkapják a lehetőséget a program befejezését követően, hogy tartósan a vállalkozásnál maradhatnak. A projekt keretein belül 2 fő asztalos (OKJ 34 543 02) végzettségű fiatal gyakornok felvételére kerül sor, a gyakornoki helyek kialakítása érdekében eszköz beszerzésre is sor kerül, a megfelelő munkafolyamatok elvégzése érdekében 1 db egyengető gyalugép és 1 db vastagoló gyalugép vásárlására kerül sor. Gyakornokként a felvételre kerülő fiatalok valódi munkatapasztalatot szereznek, gyakornoki kapcsolattartó foglalkozik velük, aki szakmai tapasztalatainak köszönhetően hozzájárul a gyakornok szakmai előmenetelének fejlesztésében, az önálló munkavégzés képességének elsajátításához, ezáltal javul hosszabb távon a munkaerő-piaci esélye. A tapasztalatok megszerzése az általános bútorasztalosi szakmára vonatkozik és egyéb faipari feladatok ellátására. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó látja el a szakmai, segítő, értékelő, utógondozó, projektet megvalósító kijelölt szakképzési centrummal kapcsolatot tartó, gyakornoki foglalkoztatást dokumentáló (beszámoló, előrehaladási napló) és teljesítményértékelői feladatokat. A kapcsolattartó bútorasztalos és épületasztalosi képesítéssel valamint mesteri vizsgával rendelkező több évtizedes múlttal rendelkező szakember, akinek a cégnél feladata a fiatal munkavállalók számára a gyakorlati tapasztalatok átadása. A projekt megvalósítása során a gyakornok(ok) foglalkoztatásával összefüggő adminisztratív feladatok ellátására valamint a kötelezően előírt tájékoztatási és nyilvánossági feladatok ellátására is sor kerül. Beszerzésre kerülő gépek: Vastagoló gyalugép: Az A3-41D típusú vastagsági gyalugép alkalmas kis és középüzemek gyalulási feladatainak ellátására.
