A Szilvás 2001 Bt. 2000-ben alakult családi vállalkozásként. Az üzem a bélapátfalvai Ipari Parkban található. Az alapítás óta a telephelyen EU szabványnak megfelelő minőségi játszótéri eszközöket gyártanak. A vevőkörükbe óvodák, iskolák, önkormányzatok, oktatási intézményeket kiszolgáló cégek és magánszemélyek tartoznak. Főbb termékeik: tanúsított játszóeszközök, játszótéri fajátékok, szabad- és beltéri bútorok, egyedi fatermékek. A vállalkozás megalakulása óta növekvő árbevétel mellett évről-évre nyereséges, melyet folyamatosan a bt. technológiai fejlesztéseire fordítottak. A foglalkoztatottak átlagos statisztikai létszáma 2015-ben 6 fő volt. A vállalkozás szervezetfejlesztési lehetőségként folyamatos továbbképzésekkel, szakmai kirándulásokkal próbálja bővíteni az alkalmazottak műszaki tudását, hogy minden szinten lépést tudjanak tartani a játszótéri eszközök gyártásának legújabb kihívásaival. A Szilvás 2001 Bt. szervezetfejlesztési stratégiájának eredményeként folyamatos lehetőséget nyújt a térség szakképző intézményeiben tanuló diákoknak, hogy gyakorlati idejüket tanulószerződés keretében a cégnél töltsék. A projekt keretében 2 fő asztalos gyakornokot (OKJ szám: 34 543 02) kívánnak foglalkoztatni. A gyakornokok a térségi illetékes Szakképző Centrum közvetítésével kerülnek kiválasztásra. Munkájuk segítésére egy vállalati kapcsolattartó kerül kinevezésre Kormos Arzén személyében, aki bútorasztalos végzettséggel rendelkezik, 11 éve dolgozik a vállalatnál asztalos munkakörben és előtte is, egészen 1961 óta bútorasztalosként foglalkoztatták más cégek. Nagy szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkező, terhelhető, csapatban és önállóan is jól dolgozó embert választottak vállalati kapcsolattartónak, aki a vele szemben támasztott követelményeknek maximálisan eleget tesz.A gyakornokok foglalkoztatása többlet eszközigényt generál. Ezért a pályázat során beszerzésre kerülnek a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez szükséges eszközök: 1 db Bosch GCM 12 GDL állványos gérvágó (asztalos szerkezeti elemek 45 fokos illesztésének kialakítására), 1 db Bernardo LBM 220 hosszlyukfúró gép (furatok és csaprések készítésére) 1db HERON EGM-30 AVR benzinmotoros áramfejlesztő (helyszíni munkák során az eszközök működtetéséhez szükséges villamos energia előállítására), 1 db ECO 300 S mobilelszívó berendezés (helyszíni munkák során famegmunkálás során keletkező forgács elszívására és összegyűjtésére) és 1 db Makita HR5212C Fúró-vésőkalapács (asztalos szerkezeti elemek épületekre történő rögzítéséhez). A beszerzett eszközök révén a gyakornokok a már meglévő elméleti tudásukkal a bt-nél töltött gyakornoki idejük alatt képesek lesznek a munkafolyamatok megtervezésére és előkészítésére, műszaki dokumentáció felhasználására és összeállítására; méretellenőrzésre és minőségellenőrzésre, üzemzavarok, hibák megállapítására; képesek lesznek felismerni a felhasznált anyagokat. Lehetőségük nyílik, hogy különféle faipari termék elkészítését végezzék el saját tervezés, ill. műszaki dokumentáció alapján, ezzel segítve a vállalat munkáját, valamint gyarapítva saját szakmai tapasztalatukat. A gyakornokok fő feladatköre a faipari termékek készítése, szerelése, karbantartása, javítása és felújítása a Szilvás 2001 Bt. üzemében és a megrendelt munkák helyszínén. Ezen feladatok ellátáshoz szükségesek az előbbiekben bemutatott, a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez szükséges eszközök. A projekt megvalósítása során a gyakornokoknak lehetőségük lesz megismerni és megtanulni a legújabb technológiákat, megismerkedhetnek a vállalati környezettel, elvárásokkal, így a projekt hozzájárul a gyakornokok szakmai gyakorlati ismereteinek, munkatapasztalatának, ezáltal munkaerő-piaci kilátásaik és foglalkoztatásuk javulásához. A projekt eredményeként 2 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása történik 9 hónapon keresztül. Beszerzésre kerül 1 db Bosch GCM 12 GDL állványos gérvágó, 1 db Bernardo LBM 220 hosszlyukfúrógép, 1db HERON EGM-30 AVR benzinmotoros áramfejlesztő, 1 db ECO 300 S mobilelszívó berendezés és 1 db Makita HR5212C Fúró-vésőkalapács. A projekt fizikai befejezésekor elkészül a gyakornok teljesítményértékelése. A projekt hozzájárul a szakképzésből kilépő fiatalok elhelyezkedésének, munkatapasztalat szerzésének elősegítéséhez, a fiatalok valódi munkatapasztalatot szerezhetnek, ezáltal javul foglalkoztathatóságuk és hosszabb távú munkaerő-piaci esélyeik.
