In addition to the acquisition of new assets, the infrastructure of the building where the assets are to be operated needs to be upgraded. This provides the necessary conditions for the operation of the newly acquired assets. The technology needed for the production of bakery goods will be developed, thereby increasing the production volume, increasing the range of products and making the company’s production capacity more efficient, thereby making the annual production goal more predictable, as well as obtaining more advantageous positions compared to market competitors, all this using more energy-saving production technology (according to experience a 20-25 % reduction in the gas bill) The more efficient use of energy and capacity of the furnaces contributes to the increase of revenue and the reduction of costs. Az új eszközök beszerzése mellett szükséges az eszközök működéséhez helyet biztosító épület infrastrukturális korszerűsítése. Ez biztosítja az újonnan beszerzett eszközök működéséhez szükséges feltételeket. Az ingatlanon végzett munkálatok korszerűsítésnek minősülnek, mivel az újonnan üzembe helyezni kívánt eszközök hatékonyságának növelése céljából valósul meg a beruházás. A beruházás keretében az alapzat megerősítése, a padló cseréje, illetve a nagy kopás- és hőállóságú csempék felhelyezése történik meg. Ezekre mindenképpen szükség van, hiszen az új kemencék súlya jóval nagyobb a jelenleg meglévőknél és az alapzat, valamint a padlózat megerősítése nélkül nem lehetne őket biztonságosan üzemeltetni. A csempék cseréjére az új kemencék megnövekedett teljesítménye miatt van szükség, valamint az élelmiszer-biztonsági előírások betartásának szempontjából is kiemelten fontos. A sütőtéren kívüli helységek korszerűsítését az új gépek megnövekedett kapacitása teszi indokolttá. A sütőfelület növekedésével és a sütési idő várható lerövidülésével a raktárba szállítandó késztermékek volumene olyan mértékben megnövekedhet, amely indokolttá teszi az egyes raktárak és közlekedők korszerűsítését. Pékáruk gyártásához szükséges technológia kerül fejlesztésre, ezáltal növekszik a termelés volumene, bővül a termékpaletta, valamint hatékonyabbá válik a cég termelési kapacitása, ezáltal tervezhetőbbé is válik az éves termelési cél, illetve a piaci versenytársakkal szemben előnyösebb pozíciók megszerzése is lehetővé válik, mindezt energiatakarékosabb termelési technológia alkalmazásával (tapasztalatok alapján 20-25%-os csökkenés várható a gázszámlában) A kemencék hatékonyabb energiafelhasználása és kapacitásának növekedése hozzájárul a bevételnövekedéshez és a költségek csökkenéséhez.
