In the course of the project, the efficiency of our cream and marzipan manufacturing technology is more than doubled by the purchase of the planned machines, by three times our casting capacity, the production efficiency of our enrichment dosing system increases by 30 %. With this technology, in addition to the increase in production capacity, a significant qualitative change is achieved. The second milestone involves the acquisition of kutter, the development of marzipan and cream-making technology, and the final commissioning of the purchased equipment. Given that we have been through several successful tenders in recent years, experienced project managers, tender managers and professional managers are involved in the smooth implementation of the project. As a result of the project, the products produced have higher added value and higher quality, given the significant changes in quality. The equipment to be procured is the basis for further product developments. On the new machines, the further development of our already implemented R & D works and research projects will become feasible in the future. We plan to purchase the following assets: — Stephan UMSK 60E kutter: Capacity of 60 litres, equipped with discharge valve, interface stop, steam transfer, steam filter, 2 vapour pressure controllers, and vapour pressure tell-tale. Stephan kutters represent the highest quality in the industry, both in terms of machine design and the products they can produce. We intend to use the cutter for the manufacture of chocolate creams, fillings and marzipan. — One-Shot molding machine, UDM-111 OS72: Large casting machine with a capacity of 800 kg/hour with shaker tape to improve casting roughness. It can cast 36 units at the same time. In the case of stuffed chocolates, chocolate and stuffing are poured at the same time, which improves efficiency. — Shredder Feeder and Mixer M 500: To the chocolate raw material, a number of additional substances are mixed, e.g. hazelnuts, milk powder, puffed rice, while maintaining the temperature of the mixture evenly. This machine has an adjustable feeding speed, the dimensions of the doses can be varied. Its capacity is 500 kg/hour. By purchasing the machine, we replace uneven and slow manual raw material mixing technology with modern, fast, efficient mixing and dosing technology. (English)

    A projekt során, a tervezett gépek beszerzésével a krém- és marcipánkészítési technológiánk hatékonysága több, mint duplájára, az öntőkapacitásunk háromszorosára, a dúsítmány adagolási rendszerünk termelési hatékonysága 30%-kal nő. Ezzel a technológiával a termelési kapacitás növekedésén túl jelentős minőségi változást érünk el. Az adagok egységesebbek, a krémek és a csokoládé alapanyag homogénebb állagú lesz. Ennek a minőségi fejlesztésnek igényes prémium termékek piacán hatalmas igény van. A nagyobb kapacitású gépeken a további fejlesztéseket, termelési volumen növeléseket is könnyebben tudjuk elvégezni a jövőben. A projekt megvalósítása során két mérföldkövet tervezünk. Az első mérföldkő célja az öntőgép és a dúsítmány adagoló rendszer beszerzése, mellyel a töltött csokoládék jelentős termelési mennyiségi-és minőségi javítását tudjuk elérni. A második mérföldkő során történik a kutter beszerzése, a marcipán- és krémkészítési technológia fejlesztése, és a beszerzett eszközök végleges üzembe helyezése. Tekintve, hogy az elmúlt években több sikeres pályázaton vagyunk túl, tapasztalt projekt menedzseri, pályázat kezelői és szakmai irányítói team foglalkozik a projekt gördülékeny lebonyolításával. A projekt eredményeképpen az előállított termékek – tekintve a jelentős minőségi változásokat – nagyobb hozzáadott értékkel bírnak, magasabb minőséget képviselnek. A beszerzésre kerülő eszközök pedig további termékfejlesztések alapjait képezik. Az új gépeken a már megvalósított K+F munkáink továbbfejlesztése és jövőben kutatási projektek is kivitelezhetővé válnak. A következő eszközök beszerzését tervezzük: - Stephan UMSK 60E kutter: 60 literes kapacitás, leürítő szeleppel, illesztőcsonkkal, gőzátadóval, gőzszűrővel, 2 gőznyomás szabályzóval, és gőznyomás visszajelzővel szerelve. A Stephan kutterek a szakmában a legmagasabb minőséget képviselik, mind a gép kialakítása, mind az általuk készíthető termékek szempontjából. A beszerzésre kerülő kuttert csokoládé krémek, töltelékek és marcipán gyártására kívánjuk használni. - One-Shot öntőgép, UDM-111 OS72: Nagy, 800 kg/óra kapacitású öntőgép, rázószalaggal az öntési egyenetlenségek javítása érdekében. Egyidőben 36 termék egység öntésére képes. Ez alatt értendőek táblás csokoládék, pralinék, trüffelek, stb. Töltött csokoládé esetében a csokoládé és a töltelék öntése egyszerre történik, ami javítja a hatékonyságot. - Aprítmány adagoló és keverő M 500: A csokoládé alapanyaghoz számos kiegészítő anyagot keverünk, pl. mogyoró, tejpor, puffasztott rizs, miközben a keverék hőmérsékletét egyenletesen kell tartanunk. Ez a gép állítható adagolási sebességű, az adagok méretei változtathatóak. A kapacitása 500 kg/óra. A gép beszerzésével az egyenetlen és lassú kézi alapanyag keverési technológiát váltjuk ki modern, gyors, hatékony keverési-, adagolási technológiával. (Hungarian)
