We intend to develop our manufacturing activities by expanding the technology background (technical quality development, higher processing level, capacity increase). Key investment elements: Surface treatment technology: the state-of-the-art complex building technical element-surface management system (chemical pretreatment, water dryer, dust sprayer, dryer) and the surface treatment manufacturing plant suitable for this will be realised at our new site in Miskolc. Metalworking technology: 4 cylinder rolling machines: with the existing three-cylinder, we cannot carry out rolling so precise that the workpieces can be welded with a plasma welder along their cloaks. Sheet scissors: At the moment, we only have 2.5 meters, so we can't make the larger disk files. Laser cutter: it will primarily be relevant for the production of radiant umbrella, sprinkler, air extraction system. The shapes of the technical building elements cannot be cut out with the existing plasma cutter with precision and without heat input to be properly welded. In the case of radiant screens, we would like to strengthen the durability and internal stiffening of the product with this device. Press machine: For the elements of mechanical equipment, we intend to implement the insulation of already painted workpieces (radiation screens, panels, etc.) using purhab injection technology. In the workpiece, the still liquefied and expanding material must be kept for 15 minutes at a temperature of 50-60 °C and a pressure of 2 bar until full solidification (better thermal diluting capacity, the product becomes more rigid, better transportable and more mountable). Table-slitter: the equipment consists of three main parts (roll stripper, slitting device, table scissors). We are currently working out of 5 kinds of disks we buy in boards. The coils are placed on the coil cutters, on the splitter we adjust the width of the sheet to be manufactured, and on the splinter we cut the length from the already slit sheet as much as necessary for the product (we can reduce the amount of waste, the production will be more productive and cheaper). XLT Bend:with the equipment we can produce the ventilation grids of air handling and smoke extraction systems with high precision, and we can raise the production of anemostat control boxes to higher quality beyond productivity. Stancoló:légtechnikai elements, gill vents, anemostats, connecting boxes can be folded out of your own material. With the help of the project we can raise the production of our technical building systems (industrial heating system, sprinkler systems, heat pump heating systems, ventilation systems, heat and smoke extraction systems) to a much higher technical level (high surface quality and corrosion protection, enhanced insulation technology, more precise automated production, higher product quality)! The project involves the purchase of a production management and programming system (IPAR 4.0). Defining (Irinyi’s plan fits), development-related TEÁORs: 2821, 2825, 2829, 2899. (English)

    Gyártási tevékenységünket kívánjuk fejleszteni a technológia háttér bővítésével (műszaki minőségfejlesztés, magasabb feldolgozottsági szint, kapacitás-növelés). Legfontosabb beruházási elemek: Felületkezelés-technológia: a legkorszerűbb komplex épületgépészeti elem-felületkezelő rendszer kerül kialakításra (vegyi előkezelés,vízleszárító,porszóró,beszárító), valamint az ennek befogadására alkalmas felületkezelő gyártóüzem is megvalósul új miskolci telephelyünkön. Fémmegmunkálás-technológia:4 munkahengeres hengerítő gép: a meglévő három hengeressel nem tudunk olyan pontos hengerlést végezni, hogy plazmahegesztővel össze lehessen hegeszteni a munkadarabokat palástjuk mentén. Lemezolló: Jelenleg csak 2,5 méteressel rendelkezünk, így a nagyobb a lemezidomokat nem tudjuk elkészíteni. Lézervágó: elsősorban a sugárzó ernyő, a sprinkler, légelszívó rendszer gyártásánál lesz jelentősége. Az épületgépészeti elemek idomait a meglévő plazmavágóval nem lehet olyan pontossággal és hőbevitel nélkül kivágni, hogy megfelelő módon hegeszthető legyen. A sugárzóernyőknél a termék tartózhatóságát és belső merevítését szeretnénk ezen berendezéssel erősíteni. Présgép:a gépészeti berendezések elemeinél a már lefestett munkadarabok (sugárzóernyők, panelek,stb) szigetelését purhab befecskendezés-technológiával kívánjuk megvalósítani. A munkadarabban a még cseppfolyós és tágulásnak induló anyagot 15 percen keresztül 50-60°C-os hőmérsékleten,2 bar nyomáson szükséges tartani a teljes szilárdulásig (jobb hőszigelőképességet érünk el, a termék merevebb, jobban szállítható és szerelhetőbbé válik). Táblásító-hasító: a berendezés három fő részből áll (tekercslefejtőből, hasító berendezésből, tábla ollóból). Jelenleg 5 féle lemezből dolgozunk, amit táblában vásárolunk. A tekercseket felhelyezzük a tekercslefejtőkre, a hasítón beállítjuk a gyártandó lemez szélességét, majd a táblaollón olyan hosszúságot vágunk le a már lehasított lemezből, amennyi a termékhez szükséges (csökkenteni tudjuk a hulladék mennyiségét, termelékenyebb és olcsóbb lesz a gyártás). XLT Bend:a berendezéssel nagy precizitással tudjuk előállítani a légkezelő, füstelszívó rendszerek szellőző rácsait, az anemosztátok szabályzó dobozainak gyártását tudjuk a termelékenységen túlmenően magasabb minőségre emelni. Stancoló:légtechnikai elemeket, kopoltyús szellőzőket, anemosztátokat, csatlakozó dobozaikat lehet vele saját anyagából kihajtani. A projekt segítségével sokkal magasabb műszaki szintre (kiemelkedő felületminőség és korrózióvédelem, emelt szigeteléstechnika, precízebb automatizált gyártás, magasabb termékminőség) tudjuk emelni épületgépészeti-energetikai rendszereink előállítását (ipari hősugárzó rendszer, sprinkler rendszerek, hőszivattyús fűtési rendszerek, szellőző-, hő-, és füstelvezető rendszerek)! A projekt keretében sor kerül termelés-irányítási, termelésprogramozási rendszer (IPAR 4.0) beszerzésére.
