The special parts of the boilers are chipped with a new 5-axis vertical milling centre. Our existing water jet cutting equipment is capable of precision machining of heat recovery devices and pipe bundle walls of boilers up to 150 mm thickness. With our also existing plate rolling equipment, we can complete the rolling of the sheaths up to 30 mm thickness and 3 000 mm width. The assembly of heat recovery equipment with corset welds requires technical work, and the machines of the new 5 boiler production unit packs are essential for the workflow. Once the equipment is stitched together, the newly procured welding robot performs the ready-to-welding of the device automatically. After the welding has been completed, it is necessary to eliminate the tensions accumulated in the heat recovery equipment, so the equipment is placed in a newly procured (also unique size in Hungary) heat treatment furnace. After the stress-relieving heat treatment, the finished unit is surface-treated in our existing blasting and painting equipment. The complete process (preparation, warehousing, manufacturing, quality control, decision preparation, sales) is supported by the newly procured K2D software and the related hardware elements. List of elements to be procured to be implemented: — Construction of a new production hall: The implementation of a production hall with a surface area of 1 000 m², 7 m shoulder height, suitable for the production of large, heavy-weight boilers, heat recovery equipment and related structures. — 40 t mobile crane: SENNEBOGEN 643 M series E series self-propelled hydraulic pushing crane with high quality components. 6-cylinder QSB 45.129 kW/2500 min-1, power TIER IV, water-cooled Cummins diesel engine, operating compartment: SENNEBOGEN multicab with 150 folding cabin, sliding door, wide room, vibration-absorbed operating cabin, with impeccable sound insulation and view, new, ergonomic, easy-to-view control panels, light-protected safety glass, tiltable front window, large roof window — Machine scissors for cutting 25 mm thick, 3 000 mm wide plate boards: Top knife and work table box constructionj0 — Quick cutting gap adjustment mechanics — 5-axis CNC vertical machining center: 5-axis machining center with Fanuc controller (4 axles simultaneously + 1 axis indexed) with the following parameters: Main spindle speed: 12,000 f/min; Torque: 204 Nm; Number of tool spaces: 40 (BT40 Big Plus); — Welding for use in the manufacture of robotic boilers and heat recovery equipment: vertical travel track + a robot arm with long handle (3 106 mm) is installed, which can perform welding processes. — Anti-voltage heat treatment furnace: The unit is a heating furnace with a net capacity of 400 m³, constructed with a bottom of a chamber-system wagon furnace. — 5 Pcs Boiler Production Unit Packages made of small machines — Corporate Governance, Production (English) | |||||||||||||||

A kazánok speciális alkatrészeit egy újonnan beszerzendő 5 tengelyes függőleges maró-megmunkáló központtal forgácsoljuk készre. A már meglévő vízsugaras vágó berendezésünk képes a hőhasznosító készülékek, kazánok csőkötegfalainak precíziós megmunkálására 150 mm vastagságig. A szintén meglévő lemez hengerítő berendezésünkkel a készülék köpenyek hengerítését 30 mm vastagságig, 3000 mm szélességig meg tudjuk oldani. A hőhasznosító berendezések fűzővarratokkal történő összeállítása szakmunkát igényel, valamint az újonnan beszerzendő 5 db kazán gyártó egységcsomag gépei nélkülözhetetlenek a munkafolyamathoz. A berendezések összefűzése után az újonnan beszerzendő hegesztő robot elvégzi a készülék készrehegesztését automatikusan. A hegesztés befejezése után a hőhasznosító berendezésben felgyűlt feszültségeket eliminálni szükséges, ezért egy újonnan beszerzendő (szintén Magyarországon egyedülálló méretű) feszültségmentesítő hőkezelő kemencébe kerül a berendezés. A feszültségmentesítő hőkezelés után a kész egységet a már meglévő szemcseszóró és festő berendezésünkben felületkezeljük. A teljes folyamatot (előkészítés, raktározás, gyártás, minőség-ellenőrzés, döntés előkészítés, értékesítés) az újonnan beszerzendő K2D szoftver és a hozzá kapcsolódó hardver elemek támogatják.
