The dried material is transferred from a container to the hammer mill with a transport snail, from which it is removed by pneumatic means when milled, the already finely granulated relatively homogeneous raw material. Pressing and packaging module: The dry raw material passes through a so-called “conditioner” into the chamber of the press, where rollers are pressed, the weirdens of the rotating sticker. The high pressure generated here leads to the creation of pellets. Pellets come out of the pellet press hot, so the next step is to cool pellets. The finished pellet is placed in an intermediate container, from which the weighing is gravitated. The dosing instrument controls the dosing cycle phases based on the programmed dosing values. The bags are loaded on a conveyor belt, the carrier belt delivers the bags to the foil welding machine, from which they are manually placed on pallets. Our R & D & I activity: the device procured in the framework of project GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0855 (Hitachi tracked excavator) is one of the direct predecessors of this project. The excavator with sliding board will provide raw material for the production of wood chips by cleaning the bushes, smaller trees, bushes and other woody parts on the surface soil layer. (English)

Az épület adatai: - gyártócsarnok: 673,4 m2 - kiszolgáló épület: 450,7 m2 - tárolószín: 160 m2 2. Eszközbeszerzések: - 1 db fűrészpor és faapríték szárító, finomító és pellet préselő technológiai vonal (a faaprítékból és fűrészporból pelletet állít elő) - 1 db HL UNI 7.5 típusú kéttengelyes faaprító berendezés (a fahulladékot a pelletálláshoz megfelelő méretűre aprítja) - 1 db Bobcat TL 35.70 teleszkópos rakodó (fa alapanyag és készáru mozgatásában vesz részt) - 1 db DOOSAN B20X-7 elektromos villástargonca (készáru mozgatásában vesz részt) - 1 db MKH-A 18/60, rámpás acél hídmérleg (a beérkező alapanyag súlyát hivatott ellenőrizni) Szárító modul: A fűrészpor és a faapríték szárításához szükséges hőmennyiséget egy automata égetővel állítjuk elő. Ez egy speciális égető, a mozgó rostély, valamint a speciálisan kiképzett égéstér miatt képes elégetni a vizes, vagy nedves fűrészport vagy faaprítékot, 30*30*30 mm-es szemcsenagyságig. A szárított anyag tartályból szállítócsigával kerül a nyersanyag a kalapácsos malomba, ahonnan megőrölve pneumatikus úton távozik, a már finom szemcsézetű viszonylag homogén nyersanyag. Préselő és csomagoló modul: A száraz nyersanyag egy úgynevezett “kondicionálón” keresztül jut a prés kamrájába, ahol görgők préselik át, a forgó matrica furatain. Az itt keletkező magas nyomás következtében jön létre a pellet. A pellet forrón kerül ki a pelletprésből, ezért a következő lépés a pellet hűtése. A kész pellet, egy köztes tárolóba kerül , ahonnan a mérlegbe történő adagolás gravitációsan történik. Az adagoló műszer a beprogramozott adagolási értékek alapján vezérli az adagolási ciklusfázisokat. A megtöltött zsákok szállítószalagra kerülnek, a szállitószalag a fóliahegesztő géphez szállítja a zsákokat, ahonnan manuálisan raklapra kerülnek. A K+F+I tevékenységünk: a GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-0855 azonosítószámú projekt keretében beszerzett eszköz (Hitachi lánctalpas kotró tolólappal) a jelen projekt egyik közvetlen előzménye. A tolólappal ellátott kotrógép a felszíni talajrétegen található bokrok, kisebb fák, bozótok és egyéb fás részek letakarításával nyersanyagot biztosít majd a faapríték készítéséhez. (Hungarian)
