Presentation of the House of Communities, Theatre and Concert Hall: In July 1999, the former Urban Cultural Centre ceased to exist, and the 1st of May 1999 Cultural House closed its doors as a cultural institution. With our colleagues and our entire activities, we moved to the former House of Children and Youth, which also ceased to exist, and the successors of these two, the House of the present Communities. From 1 January 2000, after a new organizational transformation, we form an organisation together with the Theatre and Concert Hall. The functioning of the House of Communities so far has shown its ability to unite the activities of its two predecessors. It has become a real home for very diverse communities in age, interests and activities. By December 2000, our new outsider became final. Among the professional leaders, artistic leaders, group leaders and educators working in the House, it has been successful to win and retain the best. In addition to the pedagogical choir, the Workers’ Choir, Kispöndöly and Pöndöly folk dance ensembles, the Pöndölye Ráncos also joined. With the education of art, their conditions have improved, they now work on ballet carpets in a mirrored room. The successes of the ornamental workshop, lace club, stain sewingers, ceramic, Transylvanian Circle, Him Singers, table footballers and darts are guaranteed year after year. Young people and new ones: the T — Dance and Fonti5 modern dance groups, the jugglers, the break dancers of Fanatix Crew also work and develop spectacularly. New children’s professions: the babysitter, the Dwarf Club, the Friends of Illemberke series employ young children from the age of one to their school age. The beautiful number of clubs shows that adults also require the experience of belonging to the community, not only children. The common problems, the common interest and the desire to act for a common cause create groups with different profiles, and this year also stimulates the organisation of new ones and new ones. In addition, we offer training courses. One of the most important parts of our work is the organisation of events, which means a wide variety of programs. The most important of these is the organisation of major events in the city: Zoltán Kodály International Children’s Choir Festivals, Europe-Day Heritage Festivals, Komló Days and Borbála Days. Our decade-old problem is that the Bellhy’s big hall, which hosts the dance groups, is not soundproofed. Our adjacent Zsuzsa Deák room hosts choirs, lectures and club sessions in the institution. Dance groups often interfere with these activities with their music, which we wish to solve by sound insulation of the wall between Haranghy Hall and Zsuzsa Deák (sometimes stage opening and changing room was the Zsuzsa Deák Hall). We would like to install a new sound system in the Haranghy Hall, as this room also provides space for the dance houses organised by the Pöndöly Association, as well as educational lectures of greater interest. We also wish to replace the outdated ceiling lighting in the room with more modern, energy-saving luminaires and replace the hall doors. In the Deák Zsuzsa Hall we would like to install a motor projection screen in order to keep the clubs more colorful. We would like to replace the outdated lighting in the reception area, and we would like to install a touch-screen terminal where visitors can browse the common website of the House of Communities, the Theatre and Concert Hall, the District Public Treasure Program and the Kodály Zoltán International Children’s Choir Festival. We would like to place a led tv on which the posters of the events will be presented as an image file. In the reception area of the Theatre and Concert Hall we would like to place 1 touch-screen terminal and 1 LED TV to display and replace posters. (English)

Mindezek mellett képzéseknek is helyet adunk. Munkánk egyik legfontosabb része a rendezvényszervezés, mely igen sok és sokféle programot jelent. Ezek közül legfontosabb a város nagyrendezvényeinek szervezése: a Kodály Zoltán Nemzetközi Gyermekkórus Fesztiválok, az Európa-Nap Örökség fesztiválok, a Komlói Napok és a Borbála Napok. Csoportok: Anonim klub (AA) Antigravity Zsonglőr Csoport Asszonyklub Babusgató Belvárosi Nyugdíjas Nőklub Dalolgató Dance for Life Darts klub Díszítőművészeti műhely Erdélyi Kör FirSTeps Early English baba, óvodás, kisiskolás angol Fonti 5 Grafikai műhely Hétdomb Természetbarát Egyesület Him Singers Énekegyüttes Horvát Dalkör Ilco klub Iparművészeti műhely Kerámia műhely Kispöndöly művészetoktatás Kispöndöly ovis Komlói Munkáskórus Komlói Országjárók Baráti Köre (volt Tájak-Korok-Múzeumok) Kreatív műhely Méhész klub Nemezeldesign nemezműhely New Generation tánccsoport Őszirózsa nyugdíjas néptánc együttes Pedagógus Kamarakórus Pöndöly Néptáncegyüttes Szektorlabda "Szorgos Méhek" Foltvarró műhely Intézményünk a következő civil szervezeteknek székhelye: Kodály Zoltán Nemzetközi Gyermekkórus Fesztivál Alapítvány Komlói Munkáskórusért Alapítvány Pedagógus Kórusért Alapítvány Hétdomb Természetbarát Egyesület Pöndöly Néptánc- és Hagyományőrző Egyesület KIES Komlói Ifjúságsegítő Egyesület DÖKE Belvárosi Szabadidő Klub Egyesület Komlóért Egyesület A fejlesztés két termünket, valamint a két intézményünk fogadóterét érinti. (Hungarian)
