According to the founding document (and organizational and operational rules) of the University of Pécs (PTE), the maintenance organisation applying for funding is suitable and empowered to carry out activities for the purposes of the project (CCIV 2011). In Annex 1 to Tv. 1, the institution of higher education listed in point 17 of the list, 21/2012. (IV. 16) According to Decree No 312 of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development, 312 — central budgetary body). For the successful implementation of the project, the PTE can provide several years of project management and professional management with experience in EU project management, which was presented in detail in the Professional Plan. Institutions indicated in the application for assistance: the applicant is Illyés Gyula Practitioner School, Primary Art School (7100 Szekszárd, Mátyás Király u. 5.) and its co-operating partner is the Elementary School and Primary School of Deák Ferenc Deák (7622, Pécs, Óz utca 2). For supported institutions, pupil performance measurement (primary school: Grade 6; secondary school: 10th grade) results are higher than the national average (tested from a municipal perspective). The number of seats in the institutions to be developed reaches 85 % of the number of seats recorded in the Funding Document at the time of submission of the grant application. In parallel to this application, the proposal EFOP-4.1.3 has also been submitted. We hope that under the EFOP-4.1.3. tender, the methodological development planned from the present tender can be implemented among the renewed infrastructure developments. The aim of this application is to provide access to education and training through the development of informal learning opportunities, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of public education, to develop comprehensive competence and skills development that enables learners to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, motivations and abilities, and to develop extracurricular programmes that complement and match school education, especially problem-solving thinking, entrepreneurial and creative skills. During the implementation of the application, our experts develop informal and non-formal learning methods that enrich informal and non-formal learning opportunities with content, presentations and quizzes developed in school project work. In parallel with methodological developments, our specialists participate in accredited training in order to be able to apply the project method regularly and comprehensively. A támogatást igénylő, fenntartó szervezet a Pécsi Tudományegyetem (PTE) alapító dokumentuma (és szervezeti és működési szabályzata) alapján a projekt céljait szolgáló tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas és felhatalmozott (a 2011. évi CCIV. Tv.1. Mellékletében a felsorolás 17. helyén szereplő felsőoktatási intézmény, 21/2012. (IV. 16) KIM rendelet szerint 312 – központi költségvetési szerv). A projekt sikeres megvalósításához a PTE több éves, EU-s projektvezetési tapasztalatokkal rendelkező projektmenedzsmentet és szakmai vezetést tud biztosítani, mely részletesen a Szakmai tervben került bemutatásra. A támogatási kérelemben megjelölt intézmények: a pályázó Illyés Gyula Gyakorlóiskola, Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola (7100 Szekszárd, Mátyás király u. 5.), valamint együttműködő partnere a PTE Gyakorló Általános Iskola, Gimnázium és Szakgimnázium Deák Ferenc Gimnáziuma és Általános Iskolája (7622, Pécs, Őz utca 2.). A támogatott intézmények esetében a tanulói teljesítménymérés (általános iskola: 6. évfolyam; középiskola: 10. évfolyam) eredményei a hazai (települési szempontból vizsgált) átlagot országos átlagot meghaladják. (Hungarian)
