The Reformed Church of Mezőgyán set the objective of increasing the employment opportunities of Roma (in particular Roma women) in Mezőgyán settlement, while aiming to improve the social inclusion and employment of unemployed Roma suffering from social prejudice and discrimination in the labour market. The project involves 3 subsidised employment in the less developed region. In order to achieve the goal, the Church is planning to implement the following activities in the 27 months of implementation of the project: I. PROJECT PROJECT — exploration and development of cooperation opportunities II. Project APPLICATION — 24 months, minimum 40 hours per week subsidised employment for 3 persons — at least 12 months of continued employment of the target group member after the end of the 24-month subsidised employment — employing a mentor to assist the integration of the target group and supporting the work during the period of supported employment for 24 months — the purchase of working clothes and/or protective clothing for the 3 targeted or employed target members — training for 2 of the target group members to be employed under the project The training will be carried out by the beneficiary of the EFOP-1.1,2-16 scheme. III. Project management — employing 1 project manager 4 hours per week in the framework of other work-related legal relationships — employing 1 financial manager 4 hours per week in other employment relationships IV. Horizontal REQUIREMENTS — Compliance with environmental and equal opportunities legislation — preservation of protected natural and cultural values — reflects a sense of opportunity in public events, communication and behaviour during implementation: does not mediate segregation, reduces existing prejudices for groups — ICT accessibility — 1 person in charge of equal opportunities in the framework of a contract — provision of equal opportunities training for decision-makers and employees of the organisation V. A Mezőgyán Református Egyházközség célul tűzte ki a romák (különös tekintettel a roma nők) foglalkoztatási esélyeinek növelését Mezőgyán településen, miközben célul tűzte ki a társadalmi előítélettel és munkaerőpiaci diszkriminációval küzdő munkanélküli romák társadalmi befogadásának és foglalkoztatásának javítását. A projekt keretében 3 fő támogatott foglalkoztatása valósul meg a kevésbé fejlett régióban. A cél elérése érdekében az Egyházközség az alábbi tevékenységek megvalósítását tervezi a projekt megvalósításának 27 hónapjában: I. PROJEKT ELŐKÉSZÍTÉS - együttműködési lehetőségek feltérképezése és kialakítása II. PROJEKT SZAKMAI MEGVALÓSÍTÁSA - 24 hónapos, minimum heti 40 órás támogatott foglalkoztatás 3 fő számára - a 24 hónapos támogatott foglalkoztatás lejárta után legalább azonos munkakörben és feltételekkel a célcsoporttag minimum 12 hónapos továbbfoglakoztatása - a támogatott foglalkoztatás időszakában a célcsoport beilleszkedését segítő és a munkavégzést támogató mentor alkalmazása 24 hónapon keresztül - a 3 fő bevont, illetőleg alkalmazott célcsoporttagok számára munkaruha és/vagy védőruha beszerzése - a projekt keretében alkalmazni kívánt célcsoporttagok közül 2 fő számára képzés biztosítása A képzést az EFOP-1.1.2-16 konstrukció kedvezményezettje valósítja meg. III. PROJEKTMENEDZSMENT - 1 fő projektmenedzser alkalmazása heti 4 órában egyéb, munkavégzésre irányuló jogviszony keretében - 1 fő pénzügyi vezető alkalmazása heti 4 órában egyéb, munkavégzésre irányuló jogviszony keretében IV. HORIZONTÁLIS KÖVETELMÉNYEK TELJESÍTÉSE - környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályok betartása - védett természeti és kulturális értékek megőrzése - a megvalósítás során a nyilvános eseményeken, kommunikációban és viselkedésben esélytudatosságot tükröz: nem közvetít szegregációt, csökkenti a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket - infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés - 1 fő esélyegyenlőségi felelős alkalmazása vállalkozói szerződés keretében - esélyegyenlőségi képzés tartása a szervezet döntéshozói, munkavállalói számára V. TÁJÉKOZTATÁS, NYILVÁNOSSÁG - a tájékoztatásra és nyilvánosságra vonatkozó kötelezettségek betartása az ÁÚF 10. fejezete tartalmazza További tevékenységek a célok elérése érdekében: - a 3 fő foglalkoztatott célcsoporttag esetében foglalkozás-egészségügyi vizsgálat biztosítása - szupervízió biztosítása 5 alkalommal a mentor számára - alábbi eszközök beszerzése: 1 db asztali számítógép szoftverekkel, 2 db laptop szoftverekkel, 3 db pendrive, 1 db multifunkciós nyomtató, 3 szett irodabútor, 3 db öltözőszekrény, 3 db kerékpár (Hungarian)
