This project is aimed at refurbishing public buildings owned by the State, improving the physical and energy characteristics of their engineering systems by increasing energy efficiency. The Exchange Technology and Business Training Centre is a public institution (under code 302643724) owned by the Republic of Lithuania. During the project it is planned to refurbish the building of Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre, located in Skratiškių str. 6, Biržai (un. no.: 3698-8002-1030). The building was completed in 1988. The main purpose of the building is a scientific building. The total area of the premises is 2 845.37 m², heated area — 2 242.66 m², volume — 10 060.17 m³. The number of floors in the building is 1st floor. The existing energy performance class of an establishment building is ‘F’ class. The current year in this building is a training workshop corps. The building to be renovated is managed by Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre. The aim of the project is to modernise the Biržai Technology and Business Training Centre building in order to increase their energy efficiency, achieve energy performance class C, reduce the generation of greenhouse gases (CO2) and ensure compliance of the building infrastructure with hygiene norms. During the project, the energy properties of the building will be improved. The target groups of the project are the staff of the institution, teachers and students. The following energy-saving measures are planned to be implemented during the project: insulation of external walls, insulation of uninsulated roof, replacement of lightlights, refurbishment of heating and lighting systems. According to the energy audit report of the building, the investment in the selected group of energy saving measures amounts to EUR 189.65/m² of heated area (including VAT), and the ordinary payback time is 19 years. Selected ETPG 2 would save 218.61 MWh/year of rated heat and electricity per year, reach the energy performance class of building C, reduce final energy consumption by more than 30 %. Šis projektas yra skirtas valstybei priklausančių viešųjų pastatų atnaujinimui, jų inžinerinių sistemų fizinių ir energetinių savybių pagerinimui, didinant energijos vartojimo efektyvumą. Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centras yra viešoji įstaiga (įm. kodas – 302643724), kurios savininkė yra Lietuvos Respublika. Projekto metu ketinama atnaujinti Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centro pastatą, esantį Skratiškių g. 6, Biržuose (past. un. nr.: 3698-8002-1030). Pastatas baigtas statyti 1988 metais. Pastato pagrindinė naudojimo paskirtis – mokslo paskirties pastatas. Patalpų bendrasis plotas – 2.845,37 m2, šildomas plotas – 2.242,66 m2, tūris – 10.060,17 m3. Pastato aukštų skaičius – 1 aukštas. Įstaigos pastato esama energinio naudingumo klasė – F klasė. Dabartiniu meti šiame pastate yra mokomųjų dirbtuvių korpusas. Pastatą, kurį ketinama atnaujinti, panaudos teise valdo Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centras. Projekto tikslas – modernizuoti Biržų technologijų ir verslo mokymo centro pastatą, siekiant padidinti jų energijos vartojimo efektyvumą, pasiekti C energinio naudingumo klasę, sumažinti išmetamų šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų (CO2) susidarymą bei užtikrinti pastato infrastruktūros atitiktį higienos normoms. Projekto metu bus pagerintos pastato energetinės savybės. Projekto tikslinės grupės yra įstaigos personalas, mokytojai ir mokiniai. Projekto metu planuojamos diegti tokios energijos taupymo priemonės: išorės sienų šiltinimas, nešiltinto stogo šiltinimas, švieslangių keitimas, šildymo, apšvietimo sistemų atnaujinimas. Pagal parengtą pastato energijos vartojimo audito ataskaitą investicijos į pasirinktą energijos taupymo priemonių grupę siekia 189,65 Eur/m2 šildomo ploto (su PVM), paprastasis atsipirkimo laikas - 19 metų. Pasirinkta 2 ETPG leistų sutaupyti 218,61 MWh/metus norminės šilumos ir elektros energijos per metus, pasiekti pastato C energinio naudingumo klasę, sumažinti galutinės energijos sąnaudas daugiau kaip 30 proc.
