Healthy Renewable CARES Project under Sustainable Employability: Malderburch employees now and in the future healthy, committed and competent for their role in care! Malderburch, Centre for Well-being, Living and Care in Malden, plays a central role in caring for the elderly in the municipality of Heumen. Our 200 healthcare staff are at the heart of the transition to innovative care. The client’s own responsibility and quality of life are paramount, the nature of the service shifts from concerns to concerns. Our healthcare staff should be given the opportunity to learn and develop in relation to themselves and the team. Only then can Malderburch do what she is good at: add value to the lives of older people with a need for help. We believe it is essential that our employees are involved in and take responsibility for this growth, while respecting healthy and safe working! Important here are work experience and involvement. Our common goal is to promote healthy and safe working in the light of innovative care: retaining fun in this new role, taking responsibility and being able to handle and deploy to talent and development needs. In our teams we come to a Plan of Approach per team to achieve this goal. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
