Het project bestaat uit de uitvoering/begeleiding van een implementatieplan op basis van de uitgevoerde bedrijfs- en organisatiescan en het opgestelde advies. Het advies is in een structureel plan van aanpak uitgewerkt met de huidige werknemers (en evt. nieuw aan te nemen personeel) toegerust op de nabije toekomst. Voor een gezonde toekomst wordt aan de volgende investeringen in het personeel en noodzakelijke aanpassingen van de organisatie gewerkt: 1) thuiswerken 2) op locatie werken bij klant en partners 3) flexibele arbeidstijdverkorting 4) zelfsturende teams voor zelfstandig/flexibel en ondernemend opereren 5) virtuele moderne organisatie op basis van een netwerk van partners/specialisten 6) transitieproces organisatie naar zelflerende organisatie op basis van een leerling/meester opleidingsmodel (in dienst nemen van nog niet afgestudeerde TU-ers (Eindhoven/Delft)) en coach/mentormodel en tijdelijke projectteams 7) vastleggen kennis organisatie in kennismanagementsysteem 8) realisatie draagvlak voor het gehele veranderproces/ombouwproces van de gehele organisatie in te realiseren stappen.
