The Council has set itself the objective of ensuring the long-term sustainable employability of workers by promoting the pro-active and self-responsibility of workers for their health, occupational happiness and sustainable employability. To this end, the Council will launch a project to facilitate employees with support tailored to workers’ needs. With the aim of enabling employees to continue to contribute enthusiastically, skilled and vitally sustainable, we want to achieve this project: — increasing employee happiness and joy at work — improving the physical and psychological condition — less absenteeism — higher commitment and motivation that allows workers to continue to work sustainably on the labour market. The Rading will use expertise from an advisor of a specialised agency who, together with our employees, carries out the following phases: — analysis to arrive at advice — guidance to employees in implementing the advice Activities to be carried out include: information collection (interviews/measurement) and assessment, issue advice incl. implementation plan, followed by an implementation phase with team/dialogue sessions and implementation guidance in practice. (Dutch)
