In order to achieve the stated objective, Dalco has taken the lead with Delphi Mindconnection B.V.. Delphi offers employers a tailor-made guidance process with the aim of: further shape this by guiding and jointly implementing an advisory and implementation process. In doing so, the agency uses Mindconnection® as a concept of approach, based on the latest insights into effective change strategies, taking into account the circumstances and the people involved.     Dalco Food B.V. (hierna: Dalco) is in 1975 als slagerij in het centrum van Oss begonnen en is uitgegroeid tot specialist in het produceren van vlees en vleesvervangers. We ontwikkelen en produceren maaltijdcomponenten. Zowel met vlees als vegetarisch. In 2015 openden we een extra productielocatie in Oosterhout. Wij vinden het belangrijk om eerlijk en benaderbaar te zijn. Alleen dan ontstaat een open en eerlijke relatie die de basis vormt voor een langdurige samenwerking. Ook met onze medewerkers streven we naar een duurzame samenwerking. Vanwege het besef dat de medewerkers duurzamer inzetbaar zouden moeten kunnen zijn en vanwege de groei van het bedrijf, is er een behoefte aan een advies- en implementatietraject om de werkdruk, perceptie, workflow, de taakverdeling, teamontwikkeling en de interne samenwerking tegen het licht te houden en gezamenlijk te verbeteren. De klantgerichtheid heeft enorme impact op o.a. de reproduceerbaarheid van de medewerkers; de werkdruk neemt daardoor toe.
