By implementing the measures under the guidance of the external advisor, we will then achieve the following results: — Realise continuous improvement culture in which employees continue to proactively think about improvement possibilities in terms of ownership and influence on their own work/environment; — A learning culture from which all current, but also new employees can benefit in terms of development opportunities; — Employees gain insight into measures to increase physical and psychological resilience and loadability; — The promotion of competent, motivated and productive work. Binnen Homefashion signaleren wij nu een aantal thema’s die te maken hebben met de duurzame inzetbaarheid, met dit project willen wij daar aandacht aan geven.Het project wordt uitgevoerd door 50+ Carrière, dit bureau biedt de begeleiding en de expertise om het project volledig binnen de kaders uit te voeren en de gewenste resultaten te bereiken.Doelstelling: HomeFashion wil de duurzame inzetbaarheid van ervaren medewerkers verbeteren door medewerkers vanaf 50 jaar te betrekken bij het gezond en productief invullen van het vervolg van hun loopbaan. Medewerkers zullen zich meer bewust moeten worden van het langer doorwerken en de consequenties daarvan zodat werkgever en werknemer samen kunnen werken aan een productief en gezond loopbaanvervolg. Door de implementatie van de maatregelen onder begeleiding van de extern adviseur, willen wij vervolgens de volgende resultaten bereiken: - Realiseren continue verbetercultuur waarin medewerkers blijvend proactief nadenken over verbetermogelijkheden m.b.t. eigenaarschap en invloed op het eigen werk/omgeving; - Een leercultuur waarvan alle huidige, maar ook nieuwe medewerkers kunnen profiteren m.b.t. ontwikkelmogelijkheden; - Medewerkers krijgen inzicht in maatregelen m.b.t. het verhogen van fysieke en psychische weerbaarheid en belastbaarheid; - Het bevorderen van competent, gemotiveerd en productief werken.
