    Wij streven ernaar om onze medewerkers gezond en duurzaam in te zetten binnen onze organisatie. De aanpassing in de AOW leeftijd maakt dat medewerkers langer moeten doorwerken. Het gaat hierbij om medewerkers die werkzaam zijn in de fabriek (productie), waar fysiek maar ook zwaar werk is, maar ook om kantoormedewerkers. Om gerichte acties, activiteiten te kunnen inzetten is het belangrijk een 0-meting te kunnen maken van de huidige gezondheid e.d. van de medewerkers. Wat ons betreft is het afnemen van een onderzoek Duurzaam Inzetbaarheid een zeer geschikt middel hiervoor. Daarnaast zullen wij gericht vervolgacties nemen op basis van de resultaten en samen met de medewerkers aan de slag gaan om te werken aan hun Vitaliteit. (Dutch)
