Noldus Information Technology B.V. develops and provides innovative software and hardware solutions and services for behavior analysis. At the end of 2016, an external advisor was decided to provide an independent opinion on the functioning and improvement potential of the R&D and NBD departments. This external consultant produced a report in February 2017, with the main advice to start working Agile. The objective of this project is, on the one hand, to develop an implementation plan, based on the advice of the advisor David Vethaak, and, on the other hand, to implement it. The main (end) goal here is that the employees are given a good role in the growth and development of the organisation and thus ensure sustainable employability (motivation and involvement of employees). Noldus Information Technology B.V. ontwikkelt en levert innovatieve software en hardware oplossingen en diensten voor de analyse van gedrag. Eind 2016 is er besloten om een externe adviseur in te schakelen om een onafhankelijk oordeel te geven over het functioneren en het verbeterpotentieel van de afdelingen R&D en NBD. Deze externe adviseur heeft februari 2017 een rapport opgeleverd, met als belangrijkste advies om Agile te gaan werken. Inmiddels is Noldus bijna twee jaar verder en zijn een aantal van deze adviezen en acties geïmplementeerd. De eerste effecten zijn zichtbaar, maar een aantal nieuwe vragen zijn naar boven gekomen. Die hebben betrekking op de leercultuur binnen het bedrijf. Wat nodig is, is een versterking van die leercultuur. Die cultuur moet ook voor de medewerkers zelf, dagelijks (meer) merkbaar zijn in hun werkzaam- en verantwoordelijkheden. Dit project heeft als doelstelling om enerzijds, a.d.h.v. het advies van de adviseur David Vethaak, een implementatieplan te ontwikkelen en anderzijds om deze te implementeren. Het belangrijkste (eind)doel hierin is dat de medewerkers een goede rol in de groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie krijgen en pakken en daarmee de duurzame inzetbaarheid (motivatie en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers) wordt gewaarborgd.
