    Elektra 21 realiseert projecten in de utiliteit en woningbouw en is actief in de elektrotechnische installaties. We dragen zorg voor een functionele, veilige en sfeervolle omgeving. Dit doen we door de mogelijkheden van de hedendaagse techniek/technologie zo goed en efficiënt mogelijk voor de klant in te zetten. We zijn breed actief en dat vraagt om medewerkers die breed door de organisatie kunnen opereren en samenwerken. Het bedrijf wil investeren in duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers en heeft Censor verzocht samen met de medewerkers te onderzoeken hoe het werk zódanig georganiseerd kan worden dat medewerkers duurzaam, gemotiveerd en productief blijven. We vinden het belangrijk dat medewerkers betrokken, breed inzetbaar, flexibel en creatief zijn en hierin zien we een duidelijke relatie met medewerkers die actief betrokken worden bij de verbetering van de organisatie. Het doel is om autonomie te vergroten en daarbij te werken aan intrinsieke motivatie van de medewerker. Creëren van een flexibele werkcultuur binnen de teams is een belangrijk thema.
