VSK caste construction has developed enormously on the content and process side of the organisation in recent years. Processes are running well, the company is financially sound and people are up-to-date in their work. However, there has been little or no attention to people’s personal development and ambitions. However, the development of non-business-specific knowledge is, at least as important, lagging behind. Based on an organisation scan and personal interviews, we test the ambitions, developmentability and future wishes of all employees. On this basis, a plan of action will be drawn up, showing the ambitions and suitability of each employee and the personal development plan. This plan also sets out the improvements that need to be made to increase the sustainable employability of all employees. The ultimate result is that work pleasure has been increased, continuity is guaranteed and a learning culture has been created. Work pleasure is enhanced by more autonomy in work, connection with colleagues and space for craftsmanship: crucial factors that contribute to promoting work pleasure and reducing work stress. The involvement and ownership of each employee is also enhanced by more sense in the work and space for one’s own responsibility, craftsmanship and ideas. (English)

    VSK Kastenbouw heeft zich de afgelopen jaren op de inhoudelijke en procesmatige kant van de organisatie enorm ontwikkeld. Processen lopen goed, het bedrijf is financieel gezond en mensen zijn inhoudelijk up-to-date in hun werk. Er is echter weinig tot geen aandacht geweest voor de persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de ambities van mensen. De ontwikkeling van niet-bedrijfsspecifieke kennis is, minstens net zo belangrijk, echter achtergebleven. Op basis van een organisatiescan en persoonlijke interviews toetsen we de ambities, ontwikkelbaarheid en toekomstwensen van alle medewerkers. Op basis daarvan wordt een plan van aanpak opgesteld, waaruit de ambities en geschiktheid van elke medewerker blijkt en welk persoonlijk ontwikkelplan daarbij hoort. In dit plan wordt ook omschreven welke verbeteringen doorgevoerd moeten worden om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van alle medewerkers te vergroten. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is dat het werkplezier is verhoogd, de continuïteit is gewaarborgd en een leercultuur is ontstaan. Het werkplezier wordt vergroot door meer autonomie in het werk, verbinding met collega’s en ruimte voor vakmanschap: cruciale factoren die bijdragen aan bevorderen van werkplezier en verminderen van werkstress. Ook de betrokkenheid en het eigenaarschap bij elke medewerker wordt vergroot door meer zingeving in het werk en ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid, vakmanschap en ideeën. (Dutch)

    La construcción de castas VSK se ha desarrollado enormemente en el aspecto de contenido y proceso de la organización en los últimos años. Los procesos están funcionando bien, la compañía es financieramente sólida y las personas están al día en su trabajo. Sin embargo, ha habido poca o ninguna atención al desarrollo personal y las ambiciones de las personas. Sin embargo, el desarrollo de conocimientos no específicos de las empresas se está retrasando, al menos igualmente importante. Sobre la base de un análisis de la organización y entrevistas personales, probamos las ambiciones, la capacidad de desarrollo y los deseos futuros de todos los empleados. Sobre esta base, se elaborará un plan de acción que muestre las ambiciones y la idoneidad de cada empleado y el plan de desarrollo personal. Este plan también establece las mejoras que deben introducirse para aumentar la empleabilidad sostenible de todos los trabajadores. El resultado final es que se ha incrementado el placer laboral, se garantiza la continuidad y se ha creado una cultura de aprendizaje. El placer del trabajo se ve reforzado por una mayor autonomía en el trabajo, la conexión con los colegas y el espacio para la artesanía: factores cruciales que contribuyen a promover el placer laboral y reducir el estrés laboral. La implicación y la propiedad de cada empleado también se ve reforzada por un mayor sentido en el trabajo y el espacio para la propia responsabilidad, la artesanía y las ideas. (Spanish)

    La costruzione di caste VSK si è sviluppata enormemente sul fronte del contenuto e del processo dell'organizzazione negli ultimi anni. I processi funzionano bene, l'azienda è finanziariamente sana e le persone sono aggiornate nel loro lavoro. Tuttavia, c'è stata poca o nessuna attenzione allo sviluppo personale e alle ambizioni delle persone. Tuttavia, lo sviluppo di conoscenze non specifiche per le imprese è, almeno altrettanto importante, in ritardo. Sulla base di una scansione dell'organizzazione e interviste personali, testiamo le ambizioni, la capacità di sviluppo e i desideri futuri di tutti i dipendenti. Su questa base, verrà elaborato un piano d'azione che illustri le ambizioni e l'idoneità di ciascun dipendente e il piano di sviluppo personale. Il piano stabilisce inoltre i miglioramenti da apportare per aumentare l'occupabilità sostenibile di tutti i lavoratori.
