Over the years, the company has grown into a full service all-round logistics service provider that provides a wide range of services and thereby relieves its customers to the maximum. The awareness of the management is that the potential of the potential is not fully exploited. In addition, the further professionalisation of the organisation deserves more attention. And finally, there is an increasingly tightening labour market. The aim of the project is to activate the employees of De Boer Transport by (further) developing and stimulating a learning culture and thus to contribute to a healthy/vital company. This will increase internal (and external) mobility. The promotion of a learning culture takes place by using a greater (than it is now) the knowledge/science but also the responsibility of the employees themselves. As a coat rack is used an integral improvement program on all parts of the business of De Boer Transport. Through this active involvement (and continuous monitoring of the progress) of the employees, the learning capacity of the organisation is increased, resulting in higher engagement and more motivation, work pleasure, more ownership, better mutual collaboration (and across departments) and thus more efficiency, efficiency and sustainable return. De Boer Transport Beemster V.O.F. (hierna: De Boer) is een familiebedrijf dat is opgericht eind jaren dertig van de vorige eeuw. In de loop der jaren is het bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een full service allround logistieke dienstverlener dat een ruim pakket aan diensten levert en daarmee haar klanten maximaal ontzorgt. Het besef bij de directie leeft dat de potentie die aanwezig is bij het potentieel niet maximaal wordt benut. Daarnaast verdient de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie meer aandacht. En tenslotte speelt mee dat er in toenemende sprake is van een verkrappende arbeidsmarkt. Het doel van het project is om de medewerkers van De Boer Transport te activeren door middel van het (verder) ontwikkelen en stimuleren van een leercultuur en daarmee bij te dragen een gezonde / vitale onderneming. Hierdoor wordt de interne (en externe mobiliteit) vergroot. Het stimuleren van een leercultuur vindt plaats door een groter (dan nu het geval is) beroep te doen om de kennis/ kunde maar ook verantwoordelijkheid van de medewerkers zelf. Als kapstok wordt hiervoor gebruikt een integraal verbeterprogramma op alle onderdelen van de bedrijfsvoering van De Boer Transport. Door deze actieve betrokkenheid (en continue monitoring van de voortgang) van de medewerkers wordt het lerend vermogen van de organisatie vergroot resulterend in een hogere betrokkenheid en meer motivatie, werkplezier, meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid, betere onderlinge samenwerking (en over de afdelingen heen) en daarmee meer efficiency, doelmatigheid en duurzaam rendement. De Boer Transport Beemster V.O.F. (en lo sucesivo: De Boer) es una empresa familiar fundada a finales de la década de 1930. A lo largo de los años, la empresa se ha convertido en un proveedor de servicios logísticos integrales que ofrece una amplia gama de servicios y, por lo tanto, alivia al máximo a sus clientes. La conciencia de la dirección es que el potencial del potencial no se explota plenamente. Además, la profesionalización de la organización merece más atención. Y, por último, hay un mercado laboral cada vez más estricto.
