Co van der Horst is een echt familiebedrijf met meer dan 110 jaar ervaring, vakmanschap en passie voor interieur design. Duurzaam inzetbare medewerkers die gemotiveerd, gezond en productief zijn en binden en behouden van medewerkers vraagt om structurele aandacht en investering in hun inzetbaarheid en daarom vindt Co van der Horst het noodzakelijk om in te zetten op een project gericht op duurzame inzetbaarheid. Co van der Horst heeft een externe adviseur gevraagd om een project te verzorgen gericht op het bevorderen van een leercultuur. De adviseur gaat de organisatie en haar medewerkers begeleiden en ondersteunen bij het opzetten van een Academy waarbinnen medewerkers de mogelijkheid krijgen om zich blijvend te scholen op zowel vakinhoudelijke kennis als op niet bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en de ontwikkeling van softskills. Hierdoor kunnnen zij blijvend werken aan hun eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)

CO van der Horst ha pedido a un consultor externo que proporcione un proyecto destinado a promover una cultura de aprendizaje. El consultor guiará y apoyará a la organización y a sus empleados en la creación de una Academia en la que los empleados tendrán la oportunidad de seguir formando tanto en conocimientos profesionales como en conocimientos no específicos de la empresa y en el desarrollo de habilidades blandas. I dipendenti schierabili in modo sostenibile che sono motivati, sani e produttivi e che vincolano e mantengono i dipendenti richiedono un'attenzione strutturale e investimenti nella loro occupabilità ed è per questo che Co van der Horst ritiene necessario concentrarsi su un progetto volto all'occupabilità sostenibile. Co van der Horst ha chiesto ad un consulente esterno di fornire un progetto volto a promuovere una cultura dell'apprendimento. Il consulente guiderà e sosterrà l'organizzazione e i suoi dipendenti nella creazione di un'Accademia in cui ai dipendenti sarà data la possibilità di continuare la formazione sia sulle conoscenze professionali che sulle conoscenze non specifiche dell'impresa e sullo sviluppo delle competenze trasversali.
