Based on the challenges described in the first field, the focus is on the sustainable employability of the employees in terms of health, vitality, involvement and enthusiasm. The objective is to give employees energy from their work and feel involved, so that less often get sick and get less chance of a burnout. This leads, among other things, to: a sensational increase in innovative power and creativity, a higher turnover, a higher customer satisfaction less downfall and less progress. In order to achieve or improve sustainable employability, there will be; Workshops energy management/sustainable employability for all employees are given Coaching trajectory on a voluntary basis Find results Accompanying different working groups Events and challenges are organised Borging of Health and vitality and work pleasure At the end of this project a healthy corporate culture has to be realised, with sustainable employable colleagues (English)

    Aan de hand van de uitdagingen die in het eerste veld zijn beschreven, ligt de focus op de duurzame inzetbaarheid m.b.t. gezondheid, vitaliteit, betrokkenheid en bevlogenheid van de medewerkers. Doelstelling is om medewerkers energie te geven van hun werk en betrokken te laten voelen, zodat minder vaak ziek worden en minder kans krijgen op een burn-out. Dit heeft onder andere als gevolg: een sensationele toename van innovatiekracht en creativiteit, een hogere omzet, een hogere klanttevredenheid minder uitval en minder verloop. Om duurzame inzetbaarheid te realiseren of verbeteren zullen er; Workshops energiemanagement/duurzame inzetbaarheid voor alle medewerkers worden gegeven Coaching traject op vrijwillige basis plaatvinden Begeleiden van verschillende werkgroepen plaatsvinden Events en challenges worden georganiseerd Borgen van Gezondheid en vitaliteit en werkplezier Aan het einde van dit project dient er een gezonde bedrijfscultuur te zijn gerealiseerd, met daarin duurzame inzetbare collega's (Dutch)

    Sobre la base de los retos descritos en el primer campo, la atención se centra en la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados en términos de salud, vitalidad, participación y entusiasmo. El objetivo es dar a los empleados energía de su trabajo y sentirse involucrados, para que menos a menudo se enfermen y tengan menos posibilidades de un agotamiento. Esto lleva, entre otras cosas, a: un aumento sensacional en el poder innovador y la creatividad, un mayor volumen de negocios, una mayor satisfacción del cliente menos caída y menos progreso.     Sulla base delle sfide descritte nel primo campo, l'attenzione è rivolta all'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti in termini di salute, vitalità, coinvolgimento ed entusiasmo. L'obiettivo è quello di dare energia ai dipendenti dal loro lavoro e sentirsi coinvolti, in modo che meno spesso si ammalano e hanno meno probabilità di un burnout.
