Het project zal antwoord geven op de vraag hoe we onze groeiende en ontwikkelende organisatie toekomstbestendig kunnen maken en houden door middel van duurzame inzetbaarheid. De nadruk zal liggen op de ontwikkeling van alle medewerkers, verlagen van de werkdruk en invoering van leeftijdsbewust personeelsbeleid teneinde interne mobiliteit te bewerkstelligen. (Dutch)
