As the organisation grows, this requires more commitment from existing staff. More work needs to be done with the same people, allowing employees to perform above them and perceive this as workload. In order to stop this trend, the management has set up the ‘cooperation’ project. The Executive Board, together with the consultant and staff, examines how tasks and activities can be reallocated. Knowledge and skills are examined individually to see where personal growth is possible. The management also aims at a cultural change in which employees and colleagues share structural knowledge and skills. The goal is to ensure that employees carry out their work motivated, competent and enjoyable. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
