VSE ontwikkelt zich tot Center of Competence voor de hele bedrijvengroep. Door de fusie in 2013 is er een bedrijf ontstaan dat zowel een kennisbedrijf als een productiebedrijf is met een uitgebreider portfolio. Ook worden nieuwe markten bediend en is er een bredere kennisbasis ontstaan. Culturele verschillen (mondiaal) spelen een grotere rol dan voorheen. Dit alles heeft ook effect op de personele samenstelling, de uitbreiding van de bestaande kennis en vaardigheden, de ontwikkeling van nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden en het up-to-date houden ervan. In dit project wordt de leercultuur verbeterd door meer in te zetten op jobcrafting, kennis en samenwerking. (Dutch)
