The aim of this project is to promote the sustainable employability of Vopas employees. After determining the dot on the horizon, a plan is made to get there. This involves the employees intensively. A so-called Drawing Table session is held together with the employees. Just like when building a house, you start with the foundation and outline how the end result is to be. Based on these results, an individual translation is made into the sustainable employability of the employees themselves. Based on their own ambitions and competences (both personal and professional), an individual employability pathway is set up. (English)

    Het doel van dit project is de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers van Vopas te bevorderen. Na het bepalen van de stip op de horizon wordt een plan gemaakt om daar te komen. Hierin worden de medewerkers intensief betrokken. Samen met de medewerkers wordt een zogenaamde Tekentafelsessie gehouden. Net als bij het bouwen van een huis begin je met de fundering en schets je hoe het eindresultaat moet worden. Op basis van deze uitkomsten worden een individuele doorvertaling gemaakt naar de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers zelf. Op basis van hun eigen ambities en competenties (zowel persoonlijk als vakinhoudelijk) wordt een individueel inzetbaarheidstraject opgezet. (Dutch)

    El objetivo de este proyecto es promover la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados de Vopas. Después de determinar el punto en el horizonte, se hace un plan para llegar allí. Esto implica intensamente a los empleados. La llamada sesión de mesa de dibujo se lleva a cabo junto con los empleados. Al igual que cuando se construye una casa, comienzas con la fundación y describe cómo será el resultado final. Sobre la base de estos resultados, una traducción individual se hace en la empleabilidad sostenible de los propios empleados.
