L'obiettivo principale del progetto è creare migliori condizioni per l'integrazione educativa dei bambini appartenenti a minoranze etniche in età prescolare (3-6 anni) del comune di Ivaylovgrad. Il progetto prevede misure specifiche per l'attuazione della politica comunale collaborando con varie organizzazioni e istituzioni — Ivaylovgrad KZ, Zhelezino villaggio e Chitalishte "Probuda 1914". Il progetto comprenderà 150 bambini e i loro genitori. Parteciperanno alle attività principali — formazione supplementare in lingua bulgara, club di interesse "Insieme impariamo e creiamo"; Partecipazione congiunta a vari eventi "Together play and travel" escursioni, scuole "blu" e "verde", vacanze sportive. Il progetto si concentra sul lavoro mirato con i genitori dei bambini. Il progetto prevede la ristrutturazione delle strutture in asili nido — fornitura di tavole interattive, computer, giochi didattici e sportivi, materiali e materiali di consumo. Per l'organizzazione e la gestione del progetto, sarà formato un team di 6 persone — un leader, un contabile, un assistente tecnico e un coordinatore del CSD, la KZ e la Chitalishte "Probuda 1914". Per l'attuazione delle attività saranno coinvolti principalmente insegnanti di asili comunali, specialisti del Centro comunitario ed esperti esterni. migliorare la qualità dell'istruzione negli asili nido e nei gruppi preparatori nelle scuole comunali in cui vengono istruiti bambini di diversa origine etnica, ai fini della loro integrazione educativa; conoscenza reciproca dei bambini di diverse etnie e della loro educazione in uno spirito di tolleranza; coinvolgere i genitori nel processo educativo; creare le condizioni per il successo della socializzazione dei bambini appartenenti a minoranze etniche e gruppi emarginati; aumentare la motivazione dei bambini e dei genitori a partecipare al processo educativo (ingresso al primo grado); superare atteggiamenti pubblici negativi basati sull'origine etnica. Основната цел на Проекта е създаване на по-добри условия за образователната интеграция на децата от етническите малцинства в предучилищна възраст (3-6 години) от Община Ивайловград. Проектът предвижда конкретни мерки, насочени към осъществяване на общинската политика чрез партниране с различни организации и институции - ОДЗ гр. Ивайловград, ЦДГ с. Железино и НЧ "Пробуда 1914",.В Проекта ще бъдат включени 150 деца и техните родители. Те ще участват в основните дейности- допълнително обучение по български език, клубове по интереси"Заедно учим и творим"; Съвместно участие в различни мероприятия "Заедно играем и пътуваме" екскурзии, "сини" и "зелени" училища, спортни празници. Акцент в Проекта е целенасочената работа с родителите на децата. Проектът предвижда обновяване на материалната база в детските градини- доставка на интерактивни дъски, компютри, дидактични и спортни игри, материали и консумативи. За организацията и управлението на проекта ще бъде формиран екип от 6 души- ръководител, счетоводител, технически сътрудник и по един координатор от ЦДГ, ОДЗ и НЧ "Пробуда 1914". За изпълнение на дейностите ще бъдат ангажирани основно учителите в общинските детски градини, специалисти от Читалището и външни експерти.Резултати: повишаване на качеството на образованието в детските градини и в подготвителните групи в общинските училища, в които се обучават деца от различен етнически произход, с цел тяхната образователна интеграция; взаимно опознаване на децата от различни етноси и възпитаването им в дух на толерантност; включване на родителите във възпитателния процес; създаване на условия за успешна социализация на децата от етническите малцинства и от маргинализирани групи ; засилване на мотивацията на деца и родители за участие в образователния процес (постъпване в първи клас); преодоляване на негативни обществени нагласи, основани на етнически произход. Das Projekt sieht konkrete Maßnahmen zur Umsetzung der kommunalen Politik durch Partnerschaften mit verschiedenen Organisationen und Institutionen vor – Ivaylovgrad KZ, Dorf Zhelezino und Chitalishte „Probuda 1914“. Das Projekt umfasst 150 Kinder und ihre Eltern. Sie werden an den wichtigsten Aktivitäten teilnehmen – zusätzliche Ausbildung in bulgarischer Sprache, Clubs von Interesse „Gemeinsam lernen und schaffen“; Gemeinsame Teilnahme an verschiedenen Veranstaltungen „Together play and travel“ Exkursionen, „blau“ und „grüne“ Schulen, Sportferien. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die gezielte Arbeit mit den Eltern von Kindern. Das Projekt sieht die Renovierung der Einrichtungen in Kindergärten vor – Lieferung von interaktiven Brettern, Computern, didaktischen und Sportspielen, Materialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien. Für die Organisation und Verwaltung des Projekts wird ein Team von 6 Personen gebildet – ein Führer, ein Buchhalter, ein technischer Assistent und ein Koordinator des Zentralverwahrers, des KZ und der Chitalishte „Probuda 1914“. Für die Durchführung der Maßnahmen sind vor allem Lehrkräfte in kommunalen Kindergärten, Fachleute des Gemeinschaftszentrums und externe Sachverständige beteiligt. Verbesserung der Qualität der Bildung in Kindergärten und in Vorbereitungsgruppen an kommunalen Schulen, in denen Kinder unterschiedlicher ethnischer Herkunft im Hinblick auf ihre schulische Integration ausgebildet werden; gegenseitige Kenntnis von Kindern unterschiedlicher ethnischer Zugehörigkeit und ihrer Ausbildung im Geiste der Toleranz; Einbeziehung der Eltern in den Bildungsprozess; Schaffung von Bedingungen für eine erfolgreiche Sozialisierung von Kindern aus ethnischen Minderheiten und marginalisierten Gruppen; Steigerung der Motivation von Kindern und Eltern, am Bildungsprozess teilzunehmen (Eintritt in die erste Klasse); Überwindung negativer öffentlicher Einstellungen, die auf ethnischer Herkunft beruhen. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het scheppen van betere voorwaarden voor de onderwijsintegratie van kinderen uit etnische minderheden in de voorschoolse leeftijd (3-6 jaar) van de gemeente Ivaylovgrad. Het project voorziet in specifieke maatregelen die gericht zijn op de uitvoering van het gemeentelijk beleid door samenwerking met verschillende organisaties en instellingen — Ivaylovgrad KZ, Zhelezino dorp en Chitalishte „Probuda 1914”. Het project omvat 150 kinderen en hun ouders. Zij zullen deelnemen aan de belangrijkste activiteiten — aanvullende opleiding in het Bulgaars, clubs van belang „Samen leren en creëren”; Gezamenlijke deelname aan verschillende evenementen „Samen spelen en reizen” excursies, „blauwe” en „groene” scholen, sportvakanties. Het project richt zich op gericht werk met ouders van kinderen. Het project voorziet in renovatie van de faciliteiten in kleuterscholen — levering van interactieve borden, computers, didactische en sportspellen, materialen en verbruiksartikelen.
