The project proposal is aimed at identifying and activating at least 71 inactive young people between 15 and 29 living in the district of Razgrad and Targovishte. The draft provides for the following: identification of economically inactive young people up to and including 29 years of age who are not in education or training and activation for their inclusion in the labour market according to applied methodology, providing trainings by a licensed Vocational Training Centre to 30 representatives of the target group for acquiring a professional qualification for “paramedic” (third qualification degree) and providing scholarships for students, hiring 15 of the successful graduates of the training to the post of Paramedic in the Emergency Medical Center — Razgrad and 15 of them in the Emergency Medical Center — Trade, for a period of up to 6 months (subsidised employment), return to the educational system of 27 inactive young people and referral to the labour market for inclusion in the labour market. The project foresees an activity related to the organisation and management of the project and information and publicity activities in accordance with the Beneficiary’s Single Manual on the application of the rules on information and communication 2014-2020. Specific measures for the implementation of the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development are foreseen in all project activities. Проектното предложение е насочено към идентифициране и активиране на най-малко 71 неактивни младежи между 15 и 29г., живеещи на територията на област Разград и област Търговище. Проектът предвижда следното: идентифициране на икономически неактивни младежи до 29 годишна възраст включително, които не са в образование или обучение и активиране за включването им на пазара на труда по приложена методология, предоставяне на обучения от лицензиран Център за професионално обучение на 30 представители на целевата група за придобиване на професионална квалификация за „парамедик“ (трета квалификационна степен) и осигуряване на стипендии за обучаващите се, наемане на 15 от успешно завършилите обучението лица на длъжност „парамедик“ в Център за спешна медицинска помощ-Разград и на 15 от тях в Център за спешна медицинска помощ-Търговище, за период до 6 месеца (субсидирана заетост), връщане в образователната система на 27 неактивни младежи и насочване на всички останали младежи към регистрация в ДБТ за включване в други операции и информация за други възможности за включване в пазара на труда. Проектът предвижда дейност, свързана с организацията и управлението на проекта и дейности за информиране и публичност в съответствие с Единния наръчник на бенефициента за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014-2020г. Във всички проектни дейности са предвидени конкретни мерки за прилагането на хоризонталните принципи за равни възможности и липса на дискриминация, равенство на половете и устойчиво развитие.
