The current project “Together live, learn, succeed”, which will be implemented in partnership with Shumen Municipality, Sava Dobroplodni in public benefit and the Educational Cooperation Foundation — Sofia, aims to support students from ethnic minorities from the school to build themselves as full-fledged citizens and to achieve successful professional, social and creative realisation through activities such as additional activities with students at risk of dropping out in subjects, improving the educational environment, 13 activities organised in clubs aimed at preserving and developing the cultural identity of students from ethnic minorities and their peers in an integrated multicultural environment; providing psychological support and support for continuing upper secondary education and successful completion of secondary education through the purchase of textbooks and teaching aids, coaching for parents, which fully meets the strategic objective of OP “Science and Education for Smart Growth”: “Increasing the number of successfully integrated children and pupils from marginalised communities, including Roma through the education system” and the specific objectives of the current GDP scheme. The target group includes 265 pupils from 7 to 19 years of age, including 30 Roma, 130 Turks and 5 other ethnicities and 600 parents. With the implementation of the project proposal will increase the motivation in the educational process of students from ethnic minorities, increase social engagement, contribute to overcoming the differences between children, improve their communication, increase the knowledge of Bulgarian and will create prerequisites for their more successful professional, social and employment realisation. The results achieved by the two projects under the HRD OP and one under the national budget from the CPIDUEM, which the Sava Dobroplodni University has implemented as a leading organisation, will be complemented and built. Настоящият проект „Заедно живеем, учим, успяваме ”, който ще се изпълнява в партньорство с община Шумен, СНЦ в обществена полза „Сава Доброплодни“ и Фондация "Образователно сътрудничество" -София, си поставя за цел подпомагане на учениците от етническите малцинства от училището да се изградят като пълноценни граждани и да постигнат успешна професионална, социална и творческа реализация чрез дейности като допълнителни занимания със застрашени от отпадане ученици по учебни предмети, подобряване на образователната среда, 13 дейности, организирани в клубове, насочени към съхраняване и развиване на културната идентичност на учениците от етническите малцинства и техните връстници в интеграционна мултикултурна среда; осигуряване на психологическа подкрепа и подкрепа за продължаване на образованието в гимназиалния етап и за успешно завършване на средно образование чрез закупуване на учебници и учебни помагала, обучение за родители по метода коучинг, което изцяло отговаря на стратегическата цел на ОП „Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж”: „Повишаване броя на успешно интегрираните чрез образователната система деца и ученици от маргинализирани общности, включително роми“ и на конкретните цели на настоящата схема за БВП. Целевата група включва 265 ученици от 7 до 19 г. възраст, в т. ч. 30 роми, 130 турци и 5 от др. етноси и 600 родители. С изпълнение на проектното предложение ще се засили мотивацията в образователния процес на учениците от етническите малцинства, ще се повиши социалната ангажираност, ще се допринесе за преодоляване на различията между децата, ще се подобри общуването им, ще се повиши владеенето на български език и ще бъдат създадени предпоставки за тяхната по-успешна професионална, социална и трудова реализация. Ще бъдат допълнени и надградени резултатите, постигнати от двата проекта по ОП РЧР и един по линия на националния бюджет от ЦОИДУЕМ, които СУ „Сава Доброплодни” е изпълнило като водеща организация.
