The project proposal provides for the introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of the Municipal Administration — Malko Tarnovo. The planned activities include the implementation of energy-saving measures prescribed by the consultant and the implementation of the guidelines and recommendations set out in the technical passport in order to achieve at least the energy consumption class “C” in the building. Better performance of the building in the scope of intervention will significantly reduce the operational costs of the building and contribute to the extension of its life cycle. The project aims at implementing the following thematic objectives under the General Regulation 1303/2013: Thematic objective 4 ‘Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors’. The interventions under the project proposal will contribute to the achievement of the indicative national energy saving targets for 2020 under the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan 2014-2020. The support aims to adequately address the problems related to increased migration to cities, better quality of life and cultural services and modernisation of the public infrastructure in the town of Malko Tarnovo, as well as to stimulate urban-rural connections. Energy renovation activities will prolong the life of the building, reduce maintenance costs and help reduce greenhouse gases, stimulate people to stay in small settlements by improving the cultural and social environment. Проектното предложение предвижда въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сградата на Общинска администрация - Малко Търново. Планираните дейности включват въвеждане на предписаните от консултанта извършил енергийно обследване на сградите енергоспестяващи мерки и прилагане на отразените в техническия паспорт указания и препоръки, с цел достигане най-малко клас на енергопотребление „С“ в сградата. По-добрите експлоатационни характеристики на сградата в обхвата на интервенция значително ще намалят експлоатационните разходи за сградата и ще допринесат за удължаването на нейния жизнен цикъл . Проектът е насочен към изпълнение на следните тематични цели съгласно Общия Регламент №1303/2013: Тематична цел 4 „Подпомагане на преминаването към нисковъглеродна икономика във всички сектори”. Интервенциите в рамките на проектното предложение ще допринесат за постигане на индикативните национални цели за спестяване на енергия за 2020 г. съгласно Националния план за действие по енергийна ефективност 2014-2020 г. Чрез подкрепата се цели адекватно адресиране на проблемите, свързани с повишената миграция към големите и средните градове, по-добро качество на живот и на предлаганите културни услуги и модернизация на публичната инфраструктура в град Малко Търново, както и стимулиране на градско-селските връзки. Дейностите за енергийно обновяване ще удължат живота на сградата, ще намалят разходите за поддръжка и спомогнат за намаляване на парниковите газове, ще стимулират хората да останат да живеят в малките населени места чрез подобряването на културно-социалната среда.
