The present project proposal “Introduction of energy efficiency measures in buildings from the residential infrastructure of the town of Botevgrad, stage II” is under Priority Axis 2,Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas of the OP “Regions in Growth”. Within the framework of the project for five buildings from the residential infrastructure of the municipality of Botevgrad, following a decision of the general meeting of the condominium, measures will be taken and implemented to improve their energy efficiency and measures related to improving access for people with disabilities, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No 4/01.07.2009. The necessary energy saving measures for each building are reflected in EE audit reports accompanied by a valid energy performance certificate made by a licensed person. The measures aim at raising the energy consumption class, increasing energy savings and ensuring an affordable environment. All five multi-family residential buildings, subject to intervention — Ljuben Karavelov Residential Block, located on 50 Lyuben Karavelov Str., Lopyanska Gora Residential Block, located in Vassil Levski, bl. 7, Ent. A, B, C, Residential Block, Izvor" and, "Lenin", located at 55 "Thirti March" Blvd., ent.B and B, Residential bloc "Benkovska", located on 17 Benkovska Str. and Residential Block "Dome", located on "17th November" No 57 Str. are in poor technical condition. For the successful implementation of the project, the Beneficiary will conduct procedures, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act for the selection of contractors for the activities of the project, will participate with its representatives in the Project Team and will monitor the strict implementation of the planned activities. As a result of the implementation of the project of the territory of the Municipality in five multi-family residential buildings in the town of Botevgrad, better living conditions for 126 inhabitants of the town of Botevgrad will be created. The buildings reconstructed and renovated will meet the modern requirements. (English)

    Настоящото проектно предложение „Въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сгради от жилищната инфраструктура на гр. Ботевград, етап II“ е по приоритетна ос 2 ,,Подкрепа за енергийната ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на ОП ,,Региони в растеж“. В рамките на проекта за пет сгради от жилищната инфраструктура на община Ботевград, след решение на общото събрание на етажната собственост ще бъдат предприети и изпълнени мерки за повишаване на енергийната им ефективност и мерки, свързани с подобряване достъпа на хора с увреждания, в съответствие изискванията на Наредба №4/01.07.2009г. Необходимите енергоспестяващи мерки за всяка отделна сграда са отразени в доклади от обследване за ЕЕ, придружени с валиден сертификат за енергийни характеристики, направени от лицензирано за това лице. Мерките целят повишаване на класа на енергопотребление, увеличаване на енергийни спестявания и осигуряване на достъпна среда. И петте многофамилни жилищни сгради, обект на интервенция – Жилищен блок ,,Любен Каравелов“, находящ се на ул. ”Любен Каравелов” №50, Жилищен блок „Лопянска гора", находящ се в ж.к. „Васил Левски“, бл. 7, вх. А, Б, В, Жилищен блок ,,Извор“ и ,„Ленин”, находящ се на бул. ”Трети март” №55, вх.Б и В, Жилищен блок ,,Бенковска“, находящ се на ул. ”Бенковска” №17 и Жилищен блок ,,Домът“, находящ се на ул. ”17-ти ноември” №57 са в лошо техническо състояние. За успешното изпълнение на проекта Бенефициентът ще проведе процедури, съгласно изискванията на ЗОП за избор на изпълнители по дейностите на проекта, ще участва със свои представители в Екипа на проекта и ще контролира стриктното изпълнение на заложените дейности. В резултат от изпълнение на проекта на тероторията на Общината в пет многофамилни жилищни сгради в гр. Ботевград ще се създадат по-добри условия за живот на 126 жители на гр. Ботевград. Сградите реконструирани и обновени ще отговарят на съвременните изисквания. (Bulgarian)
