The project proposal includes construction, repair, reconstruction, renovation of building stock — a care center for persons with various forms of dementia, including the adjacent yard space, providing access for people with disabilities. The center will have 15 seats — 7 rooms with 2 and 1 with 1 bed. In accordance with the functional requirements and guidelines developed and approved by MLSP, the following premises will also be provided: Living room, dining room with 15 seats, dishwasher, warehouse for cleaning equipment, bathroom for disabled people and room for staff. The investment project was developed and approved within the framework of the implementation of the procedure of OPRD BG161PO001/5-02/2012 “In support for the next programming period”. The parts of Architecture, Water Supply, Geodesy, Gasification, Electricity, EE, Construction, HVAC, PBZ, Fire Safety and PUSO are prepared, agreed and approved. The project implements the main objectives of the National Long-term Care Strategy for creating conditions for independent and dignified living of older people and people with disabilities through the provision of quality, accessible and sustainable long-term care services tailored to the individual needs of the users. Its implementation supports the provision of community social service infrastructure for persons with different forms of dementia. The construction of the infrastructure is in accordance with the functional requirements and guidelines approved by the MLSP, in accordance with the relevant European documents for deinstitutionalisation and life in the community. Its implementation will help to achieve the objectives of the sectoral social policy strategy papers and the deinstitutionalisation of care for older people and people with disabilities. The project is in line with the National Concept for Promotion of Active Ageing in Bulgaria, the National Strategy for Demographic Development of the Population in Bulgaria, and the National Strategy for Reducing Poverty and Promoting Social Inclusion. Проектното предложение включва строителство, ремонт, реконструкция, обновяване на сграден фонд - център за грижа за лица с различни форми на деменция, включително прилежащото на обекта дворно пространство, при осигуряване на достъп за хора с увреждания. Центърът ще е с капацитет 15 места - 7 стаи с по 2 и 1 с 1 легло. В съответствие с разработените и утвърдени от МТСП функционални изисквания и насоки ще бъдат осигурени и следните помещения: Дневна, трапезария с 15 места, миялно, склад за почистващ инвентар, санитарен възел за инвалиди и помещение за персонала. Инвестиционният проект е разработен и одобрен в рамките на изпълнението на Процедура на ОПРР BG161PO001/5-02/2012 "В подкрепа за следващия програмен период". Изготвени, съгласувани и одобрени са частите Архитектура, ВиК, Геодезия, Газификация, Електрическа, ЕЕ, Конструктивна, ОВК, ПБЗ, Пожарна безопасност и ПУСО. Проектът е в изпълнение на основните цели на Националната стратегия за дългосрочна грижа за създаване на условия за независим и достоен живот на възрастните хора и хората с увреждания чрез предоставянето на качествени, достъпни и устойчиви услуги за дългосрочна грижа, съобразени с индивидуалните нужди на потребителите. Изпълнението му подкрепя осигуряването на инфраструктура за социална услуга в общността за лица с различни форми на деменция. Изграждането на инфраструктурата е в съответствие с утвърдените от МТСП функционални изисквания и насоки, съобразени със съответните европейски документи за деинституционализация и живот в общността. Изпълнението му ще спомогне за постигане на целите на секторните стратегически документи на социалната политика и на деинституционализацията на грижата за възрастните хора и хората с увреждания. Проектът е в унисон с Националната концепция за насърчаване на активния живот на възрастните хора в България, Националната стратегия за демографско развитие на населението в България, и Националната стратегия за намаляване на бедността и насърчаване на социалното включване.
