The project proposal “Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in Razlog — cultural infrastructure buildings” includes activities to improve the energy efficiency of a building of the cultural infrastructure of the town of Razlog — Chitalishte “15 September 1903-1909” — Razlog, contributing to reducing final energy consumption and indirectly — reducing greenhouse gas emissions in small towns — backbone centers of the polycentric system, according to the NCPR. The measures will also have an additional effect as they will ensure the cost-effective operation of a public building, which will allow to sustainably continue the management and maintenance of the building. The project foresees the following activities: —Project organisation and management-Engineering (design, construction and installation works, author’s supervision) -Construction supervision and conformity assessment-Information and communication — Introduction of the site into operation — Audit -Preparation and conduct of marketing procedures for the selection of a contractor. The project will provide modern, economically and energy-efficient cultural infrastructure in Razlog by implementing a comprehensive package of measures that lead to energy efficiency — guaranteed reduction of energy consumption and creating the necessary conditions for the use of renewable energy sources as an important factor of sustainable development. The implementation of the project will improve the performance of the building and the working environment, in accordance with all modern requirements for ensuring quality and efficiency of the workflow, will improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The project will contribute to improving the quality of the environment in Razlog, as well as to the polycentric development of the country’s territory, and to improving the quality of life, work and access to cultural services. Проектното предложение „Повишаване на енергийната ефективност на обществените сгради в гр. Разлог – сгради на културната инфраструктура” включва дейности за подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сграда на културната инфраструктура на град Разлог - НЧ "15 септември 1903-1909г." - Разлог, допринасяща за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и косвено – за намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове в малките градове – опорни центрове на полицентричната система, съгласно НКПР. Мерките ще имат и допълнителен ефект, тъй като ще осигурят рентабилна експлоатация на обществена сграда, което ще позволи устойчиво да продължи управлението и поддръжката и.Проектът предвижда следните дейности: -Организация и управление на проекта-Инженеринг (проектиране, строително-монтажни работи, авторски надзор) -Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието-Информация и комуникация -Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация -Одит -Подготовка и провеждане на тържни процедури за избор на изпълнител. Проектът ще осигури съвременна, икономически и енергийно ефективна културна инфраструктура в Разлог чрез прилагане на цялостен пакет от мерки, които да доведат до енергийна ефективност - гарантирано намаляване на енергопотреблението и да създадат необходимите условия за използване на възобновяеми енергийни източници, като важен фактор на устойчивото развитие. Реализирането на проекта ще подобри експлоатационните характеристики на сградата и работната среда, в съответствие с всички съвременни изисквания за осигуряване на качество и ефективност на работния процес, ще подобрят достъпа за хора с увреждания. Проектът ще допринесе да се подобри качеството на околната среда в Разлог, както и за полицентричното развитие на територията на страната, и за подобряване на качеството на живот, работа и достъпа до културни услуги.
