The opening of a public dining room under the Operational Programme food and/or basic material assistance will satisfy the needs of 45 representatives of the target group as of 01.02.2018 for a period of 20 working days and for 75 representatives of the target group as of 01.03.2018 for a period of 540 working days from the provision of hot food within each working day, for a period of 26 months. The main target group of the project is: Persons and families receiving monthly support under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the PPPA;Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the relevant Social Assistance Directorate; Lonely living persons and families in receipt of minimum retirement pensions; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; non-work-related pensions; As users of the service can be included persons from other target groups listed in Regulation NoRD-07-1 of 4 April 2016 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as well as in the requirements for applying under this procedureThe main activities will be realised within the project: 1. To be assigned to the target groups; 2. Purchase of food products;3. Providing a warm lunch; 4. Provision of accompanying measures.5.Provision of accompanying measures.Food products necessary for the preparation of the warm lunch will be delivered to the NGA by a contractor with whom Anton Municipality has a contract, following a procedure under the Public Procurement Act. The preparation of the lunch will be carried out in the kitchen of the NSP, located in the building of the Primary School "St. St. St. Cyril and Methodius, village of Anton, 47 Bulgaria Str., according to a varied menu, which will ensure balanced nutrition of the target group, in compliance with the food safety requirements and national standards and nutrition standards. The warm lunch will be provided to the beneficiary on the spot, in the NGA canteen and people with difficulties of movement will be delivered home by the employees. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Разкриване на обществена трапезария по Оперативна програма храни и/или основно материално подпомагане ще задоволи потребностите на 45 представители на целевата група, считано от 01.02.2018 г. за период от 20 работни дни и за 75 представители на целевата група, считано от 01.03.2018 г., за период от 540 работни дни от осигуряване на топла храна в рамките на всеки работен ден, в продължение на 26 месеца. Основната целева група по проекта е: Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл. 9 от ППЗСП;Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от съответната дирекция „Социално подпомагане“; Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, получаващи минимални пенсии - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност; Като потребители на услугата могат да бъдат включвани и лица от други целеви групи, посочени в НАРЕДБА №РД-07-1 от 4 април 2016 г. на Министерство на труда и социалната политика, както и в изискванията за кандидатстване по настоящата процедураВ рамките на проекта ще се реализират основните дейности: 1. Определяна на целевите групи; 2. Закупуване на хранителни продукти;3. Осигуряване на топъл обяд; 4. Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки.5.Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки.Хранителните продукти, необходими за приготвянето на топлия обяд ще бъдат доставяни на ДСП от изпълнител, с които Община Антон има сключен договор, след проведена процедура по ЗОП. Приготвянето на обяда ще бъде извършено в кухнята на ДСП, намиращ се в сградата на ОУ "Св. св. Кирил и Методий", село Антон, ул. "България" №47, по разнообразно меню, с което ще се осигури балансирано хранене на лицата от целевата група, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранене. Топлият обяд ще бъде предоставян на бенефициента на място, в стола на ДСП, а на хората със затруднено придвижване ще бъде разнасян по домовете им от служителите. (Bulgarian)
