The modern development of the economy requires continuous upgrading and improvement of labour productivity to adapt to innovation and new working methods and techniques. Human resources are an integral part of all economic processes, as their professional capacity to meet the market demand and meet the specific needs of the employees. The main objective of the project “Training for the Development of Effective Employees” is to provide the opportunity of 35 employees in the company to increase their professional qualifications and to acquire new knowledge, skills and competences to meet the specific needs of the labor market. The project’s target group includes 35 people employed under an employment contract in the company “Endever Construction GROUP” Ltd. A specific feature of the target group is that at least 50 % of those with secondary or lower education and/or are over 54 years old. With their participation in the project, they will be given the opportunity to upgrade the knowledge, skills and competences in the field of work and will provide conditions for lifelong learning.The activities included in the project are training for the acquisition of professional qualification in part of the profession “Restaurant” 811060, specialty “Production and service in catering and entertainment” 8110602 and training in Key Competence 2 “Communication of foreign languages” — English. Their implementation will create conditions for the acquisition of new knowledge and the development of specific skills and competences, which will improve the employability of the recruited staff in the context of the quality of their duties. It is also expected to have a positive impact on the candidate company and an increase in its competitiveness in the field of restaurant services. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Съвременното развитие на икономиката изисква непрекъснато надграждане и усъвършенстване на производителността на труда, с което да се адаптира към иновациите и новите методи и техники на работа. Човешките ресурси представляват неизменна част от всички икономически процеси, като техния професионален капацитет да отговаря на търсенето на пазара и отговарящи на специфичните потребности на заетите лица.Основната цел на проект „Обучения за развитие на ефективни служители“ е да предостави възможност на 35 заети във фирмата лица да повишат своята професионалната квалификация и да придобият нови знания, умения и компетенции, с които да отговорят на специфичните потребности на пазара на труда.Целевата група по проекта включва 35 човека, заети на трудов договор във фирма "ЕНДЕВЪР КЪНСТРАКШЪНС ГРУП" ЕООД . Специфична особеност на целевата група е, че минимум 50% от лицата са със средно или по ниско образование и/или са на възраст над 54 години. С включването си в проекта, ще им бъде предоставена възможност за надграждане на знанията, уменията и компетентности в сферата на работа и ще се осигурят условия за учене през целия живот.Дейностите, които са включени в проекта, са обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по част от професия „Ресторантьор“ 811060, специалност „Производство и обслужване в заведенията за хранене и развлечения“ 8110602 и обучение по Ключова компетентност 2 „Общуване на чужди езици“ – английски език. С изпълнението им ще се създадат предпоставки за придобиване на нови знания и развитие на специфични умения и компетенции, с които ще се подобри пригодността за заетост на наетия персонал в контекста на качественото изпълнение на служебните си задължения. Също така се очаква положително въздействие и върху фирмата-кандидат и нарастване на конкурентоспособността й в областта на ресторантьорските услуги. (Bulgarian)
