The aim of the proposal is to provide employment for unemployed and/or inactive people by creating 32 new jobs. For participation in the project activities will be included unemployed and inactive persons from the following specific categories: long-term unemployed and inactive people aged 30-54; 2 unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities; unemployed or inactive persons over 54 years of age and unemployed and/or inactive young people up to 29 years old, incl. The training for acquiring professional qualification in the profession 542110 Shivacs is tailored to the specific needs of the employer “Blue Point” EAD. The training provided and the acquired professional qualification will lead on the one hand to achieving higher employment levels and on the other hand to higher productivity and competitiveness of the company. For the positions “Controller” and “Packager” no professional qualification is required. The positions will be declared unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities.The following activities are foreseen:1. Employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12 m; 2. Vocational training for the acquisition of a first qualification;3. Purchase of equipment;4. Providing a mentor for people with disabilities;5. Organisation and management of the project;6. Information and publicity activities.The objectives of the project contribute to the implementation of OP HRD 2014-2020, two of the objectives of the Union Strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and to achieving economic, social and territorial cohesion “Europe 2020”. These are: 1. Higher and better employment and 2. Reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion. The project proposal helps to increase the economic activity and access to employment of young jobseekers, in line with the approach set out in the EU Youth Opportunities Initiative. Целта на предложението е осигуряване на заетост на безработни и/или неактивни лица чрез създаване на 32 нови работни места. За участие в проектните дейности ще бъдат включени безработни и неактивни лица от следните специфични категории: продължително безработни и неактивни лица на възраст между 30 и 54 г.; 2 безработни или неактивни лица с увреждания; безработни или неактивни лица на възраст над 54 г. и безработни и/или неактивни младежи до 29 г. вкл. Предвиденото обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по професия 542110 Шивач е съобразено с конкретните нужди на работодателя "Блу Пойнт"ЕАД. Проведеното обучение и придобитата професионална квалификация ще доведе от една страна до постигане на по-високи нива на заетост и от друга страна до по-висока производителност и конкурентоспособност на фирмата.За позициите "Контрольор" и "Пакетировчик" не се изисква професионална квалификация. Позициите ще бъдат обявени за безработни или неактивни лица с увреждания.Предвидени са следните дейности:1. Наемане на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период до 12 м.; 2. Професионално обучение за придобиване на първа квалификационна степен;3. Закупуване на оборудване;4. Осигуряване на наставник за хората с увреждания;5. Организация и управление на проекта;6. Дейности по информиране и публичност.Целите на проекта допринасят за изпълнението на ОП "РЧР" 2014-2020 г., на две от целите на Стратегията на Съюза за интелигентен, устойчив и приобщаващ растеж и за постигане на икономическо, социално и териториално сближаване "Европа 2020". Това са: 1. По-висока и по-качествена заетост и 2. Намаляване на бедността и насърчаване на социалното включване. Проектното предложение спомага за повишаване на икономическата активност и достъпа до заетост на търсещи работа младежи, съгласно подхода, залегнал в инициативата на ЕС "Възможности за младежта".
