The company “Angel Stoilov — 96” JSC works in the field of mechanical processing of metals and one of the largest suppliers of steels in Bulgaria and the Balkans. This project is part of the strategy for market stability and economic growth of the company by investing in human resources, i.e. providing training for acquiring professional qualifications in various sector-specific metalworking professions to 22 employees, which will enable the covered persons to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of trade, negotiation and conclusion of deals, in the work with the automated innovative production systems implemented in the company. The trainings will be by profession and will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the PVET. The project also includes training of 20 employees from the “Plastment” Department of KC 2 “Communication of Foreign Languages” — English language, who communicate daily with partners and clients of the company and knowledge of the international language of business is vital. All 42 employees who will be trained make up 100 % of the target group of the project and have completed their educational level lower than ISCED 4 (do not have higher education than average).With the implementation of the planned activities, the project aims to assist the employees of Angel Stoilov — 96 AD in the process of adaptation to the rapid changes in the labour market as a result of factors such as intensive work with foreign partners, rapid technological changes, penetration of innovations, etc. The trained persons will increase the quality of their work and professional competences. The concrete measures taken to promote flexible learning processes will increase the adequacy of their skills in line with the current needs of the metalworking business, increase the productivity of the company and create conditions for sustainable employment, career progression, and thus to occupy better quality and better paid jobs. Фирма „Ангел Стоилов - 96” АД работи в областта на механично обработване на метали и един от най-големите доставчици на стомани в България и на Балканите.Настоящият проект е част от стратегията за пазарна стабилност и икономически растеж на дружеството, чрез инвестиране в човешките ресурси, т. к. предвижда предоставяне на обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по различни специфични за сектора металообработване професии на 22 служители, което ще даде възможност на обхванатите лица да повишат знанията и уменията си в сферата на търговията, договарянето и сключването на сделки, в работата с внедряваните във фирмата автоматизирани иновативни производствени системи. Обученията ще бъдат по професия и ще се провеждат съгласно изискванията на ЗПОО. Проектът включва и обучение на 20 служители от отдел "Пласмент" по КК 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - английски език, които общуват ежедневно с партньори и клиенти на фирмата и познанията по международния език на бизнеса са жизнено важни. Всички 42 служителя, които ще бъдат обучавани съставляват 100% от целевата група по проекта, като са със завършена образователна степен по-ниска от ISCED 4 (не притежават образование по-високо от средно).С реализацията на заложените дейности проектът цели да подпомогне служителите на "Ангел Стоилов - 96" АД в процеса на адаптация към бързите промени на пазара на труда в резултат на фактори като интензивна работа с чуждестранни партньори, бързи технологични промени, навлизане на иновации и др. Обучените лица ще повишат качеството на работата си и професионалните си компетенции. В резултат на предприетите конкретни мерки за насърчаване на гъвкавите процеси на учене ще се повиши адекватността на уменията им съобразено с актуалните нужди на металообработващия бизнес, ще се повиши производителността на предприятието и ще се създадат условия за устойчива заетост, израстване в кариерата, и съответно заемане на по-качествени и по-добре платени работни места.
